After reading such good reviews and driving 45 minutes to this dealer. My experience with this dealership was absolutely the most unprofessional I have experienced. I placed a deposit on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee even though the sales person Leuon that I was supposed to meet with was MIA. Was told to expect expect a call back to close the deal from their finance person which should have been pretty easy because I already had financing in place they couldn’t even bother closing the deal with me after I left a msg for Elijah and emailed Leuon. I waited 2 days no response and no follow up. I was ready to purchase the car but if this is how they treat you before you buy the car I could imagine afterwards. No thank you I’ll take my business and 9 grand down elsewhere.

We have been shopping at Bill Volz for years and have bought several nice Jeeps from them. Bill Volz gave us a fair market price for our used Wrangler and sold us a new Gladiator at a fair market price. Our salesman Leone was very nice and was very professional throughout the sale. Everyone at Bill Voltz is very nice and they do their best to make your sales experience pleasant.
