They have had my car since September!
They have had my car since September! Bill changed from 2k to 2500 to now over 9k Allllll under their watch. Their mechanic broke a bolt and caused a domino effect and bmw expect me to pay NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A TOTAL BREAKDOWN THEY CAUSED.

Lakeeta, we’re committed to providing the highest level of service for all our clients. Unfortunately, we’re not always able to see the full extent of damage without some disassembly and diagnostic work. This is especially true when a higher mileage vehicle is towed in with internal engine problems. We’d like to always tell customers that their service contract covers the repairs, but your contract companies sent their own inspector, who determined the needed repair isn’t covered. We are always willing to help out a customer and encourage you to contact our Service Director, Keith Wallace at 419-842-7976, to discuss your options.

I was trying to buy a vehicle from them. we came to an agreed price then I kept calling and they said WELL the car is not hear we will have to get it back. Then they didn't return my call and then I saw the same car listed again at a higher price. They are terrible will NEVER do business with them or refer them
