Fair and honest service, although they are busy when i dropped off my car they gave me a new loaner car to drive for FREE. Pickup my car, clean and repairs done properly.

Terrible customer service
I tried to lease an i3 from Paul last year and I was trying to they the National lease deal that was offered at the time and he told me that that was not available and kept quoting me monthly payments $200 over the National lease deal. I spoke with him over the phone to negotiate and he practically yelled at me and would not let me get a word in. So I went to BMW of Dayton and was able to get the National lease deal. I have been bringing my i3 to BMW of Toledo and every time I get my i3 serviced and every time it is not a very good experience and the employees never seem to be in a good mood.

Five star experience.
It was worth the hour drive to visit BMW of Toledo. Sammy, who really went the extra mile for us made the experience a pleasurable one. We will enjoy our new vehicle for many years but when it's time to replace it we know where we can be treated to first class customer service.
