Charlie Scott was the best.
Charlie Scott was the best. He is professional and very patient as we had multiple visits. We ultimately ordered a new X3 and kept us informed along the way during the build process. When it came to paperwork clean and efficient as well. Overall very pleased with Charlie and the buying process. Would recommend Charlie to anyone who wanted BMW.

One integrated experience, from proper vehicle selection to seamless, stress free closing and financing. Can you get a cheaper deal elsewhere? Probably. But if you want to be properly served - stick with these guys. In my case, they spent hours working with my wife to select just the right vehicle configuration, placed the factory order, tracked it and updated us on the progress, and delivered it with the highest attention to detail. I worked with Josh Ackerman in sales.
