Very professional dealership. Steve Lerner is a great salesman, but beyond that he is a amazing person (very friendly, knowledgeable). Also Anton Kulay was very professional and friendly.

Steve was was everything you want a salesman to be , HELPFUL! I traveled about 100 miles from washington DC to Richmond via uber to get my 2014 one owner BMW M6 GC. And i love it, i needed my grandfathers co-sign being as that i am only 22, and steve made that process hassle free!!! Without my grandfather having to actually come to the dealership. Steve along with the wonderful financial staff member shashank got me pre-approved before coming to the dealership and had majority of the paper work in order and ready for me to complete upon arriving. It was overall just great! They also have vehicle shipping which was also considered while purchasing my vehicle. Also, I noticed that the brakes of my M6 were squeaking on the way home from Richmond to DC and steve offered for me to come in and get them checked and if needed replaced. Good experience, very professional I recommend.

Great dealership, very professional, knowledgable, curious. We had Steven Lerner as our salesman and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions and was very knowlegable about the vehicle we bought. I’ve was on the market for a m235ix for a couple years before I decided to pull the trigger. I visited a lot of BMW dealers in the DMV area and none of them could compare to Richmond BMW. The team was super friendly and the process was great. I made an inquiry over the internet on Thursday. Friday morning Steve Lerner called and shared some details about the car. I was a out of town buyer so I didn’t want to waste a trip if the price wasn’t right. After about a hour we agreed on a OTD price and he managed to get his manager to hold the car for the following day. Saturday I was in the dealer at 10 and out by 12. I strongly recommend Steve at Richmond BMW.

It was a pleasure doing business with Steve (Lerner) but a greater pleasure getting to know him. After looking for a used car for my UVa second year son for over two months (I have high standards and I'm allergic to BS), I chanced on a 2009 Lexus RX350 at Richmond BMW. Not the make or model for which I had been looking, but a nice looking vehicle nonetheless. Unfortunately, the dealership was closed on Sunday but a few hours later, Mr. Steve Lerner called us back (!). This just doesn't happen in the real world, and he couldn't have been more helpful. No pressure, but Steve verified the Lexus was still available and that it was as nice in person as it looked online. And then he went out of his way to make sure it was ready and waiting for me Monday night after driving up from work in Norfolk. Having been in too many car dealerships (new and used) recently, this was a surreal experience. I actually enjoyed everything from driving the car to making the purchase.
