I had a 945am appointment for an oil change.
I had a 945am appointment for an oil change. After waiting for 2 hours I had to go and find out what was going on with my car. The service man told me ooh I was about to call you. I will get with you in a few minutes. I waited another 30 minutes b4 I was called, and received a 5000 bill proposal, which I believe was puffed up.

Laz was great to deal with! Finance interaction was seamless. But, this is the second car we bought this year and both times we left without the app working. Someone needs to work on the technology to make it work as it should.

As a lifelong Bmw enthusiast, we?ve been searching for a new car for a few weeks. We stopped in to see the new selection at Richmond Bmw not exactly what we were looking for in a new X5. My advisors, both Kris and Aidan., made the process as easy as possible working with finance took no time at all, We have worked with Richmond Bmw for many years. It is great to be back apart of the Bmw family and are very comfortable with the service advisors and most of the staff in knowing that our cars are always well taken care of. Va and Trish, in-service did a fantastic job. It would make sure my car was prepped and ready to go, and we?re looking forward to another great experience as many of our cars in the past. In fact, by the time we left my wife and I had both toured a lot while waiting for our car to be delivered and ended that purchasing as a second BMW for my wife. Again the entire experience who seamless and we would highly recommend Richmond Bmw, the entire staff, and all of the service and support teams. Don?t waste your time going anywhere else, they?re consummate professionals. Thanks for always being there for us.
