Kris was great salesman - very knowledgeable.
Kris was great salesman - very knowledgeable. Delivery process took way longer than it should have- 3+ hrs from time we arrived to time we first saw car. Things could have been done ahead of time to make it go more smoothly

Sales was great.
Sales was great. Financing was terrible. I was stuck waiting for 6 hrs with my 14 month old baby in the car. I’m disappointed that BMW finance did not want to work with me in spite of being a client of BMW since 2006 (almost 20 years). I felt like Kris was caught between a rock and a hard place and had to try to cheer me up as I was stressed the whole time due to my baby being outside in the car just waiting for me.

I needed the scheduled service, state inspection, and
I needed the scheduled service, state inspection, and recall repairs. All of the work was completed on time. The service agents also didn't keep me waiting, but traded off assignments to help all 3 of us who were waiting.
