Great great great

Wow by far the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Jeanie was waiting for me and my husband out front, along side with the 2 vehicles we requested to view. We were immediately impressed. She had a great personality and positive attitude. She was very knowlegeble about the vehicle she was selling. We were so pleased we didn't even have to see the second vehicle! We were sold on the first one!! We love our new vehicle!! Thank you so much Jeanie

Excellent Customer Service and Professionlism

I just bought a car from Tom Williams BMW and my Client Advisor was Parker R. The entire car buying experience was awesome. Parker had exceptional professionalism and was very kind during the entire process. He made the car buying process very easy and fast. He is very knowledgeable about the car too. I will say that among so many car buying process over the years, this was the best. If you buying a car at Tom Williams,i would recommend you ask for Parker R!

Damaged exterior paint

They replaced smg pump and added unexpected scratches and deep deforms and dings to hood of vehicle. Purchased vehicle cause test drive & beautiful exterior paint.. Now it's ruined yet they claim they can fix although indentations are beyond clear coat . Finance Mgrs don't return calls . There mission s to sell a vehicle after that they could care less. Sterling (service advisor) genuinely cares & is concerned but don't trust the majority of employees who build relationships on undermining customers. BEWARE ...M6 Fury??

Great Experience!!!

Jeannie was great from beginning to end. We enjoyed out time with her and learned a lot about the new vehicle we were getting. And also about BMW in general. She really knows her business. She made the process easy and we hope to do business with her again.

Great job, Jeannie and Brooke! Jeannie kept me informed as my car went through production, shipping, arrival, and prep. She made my acceptance day special. Brooke made the finance process quick and easy.

The Pinnacle of Customer Service

I had the most pleasant experience at Tom Williams BMW. I purchased a used car that was actually on the MINI lot, but it was listed on the BMW lot. The entire transaction was smooth sailing. I'd been to other dealerships and I left discouraged b/c I didn't receive the same experience and I felt like I was being pressured. Mr. Stephen Jolly and the team at Sonic Automotive went above the call of duty with customer service and a deal that I thought was unbeatable. Thanks to them all! From the sales manager at MINI to the finance manager at BMW, I felt like I was top priority. The whole transaction was smooth and I didn't spend a lot of time waiting. I'll definitely purchase again from Sonic Automotive in the future!

Fast and painless experience

I found a vehicle I was interested in online. I filled out the form and was contacted by Tom Williams BMW. Unfortunately the salesperson I was originally set up with was busy when I arrived. Jeannie stepped in, tracked down my car, and let me test drive it that day. I loved the car and Jeannie walked me through a quick and painless sale. She remained attentive after I bought the car, quickly getting me a tow hook since mine was missing from the vehicle toolkit.

Pleasant car buying experience

The used car buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. The car is car is great. Very nice car for a fair price. Parker Rosenberger was very helpful and quite easy to work with. I will definitely consider going back when I need another car.

Great service and follow up

I went in to check on my service indicator displaying. Turns out it was displaying in error and I only required a computer reset. I was given a fair expectation of how long it would take to be corrected and it was finished prior to that timeframe.

Best of the best Dealer and service.

We went in for an oil change on our BMW. They accomplished our goals and washed our car and cleaned the inside. This is our fourth BMW and we love the service we have always received at TomWilliams. Our new service lady, Jolee was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and answered all our questions.
