Super friendly. Very helpful. Provided a courier to drive me where I needed to go. They gave me great advice on how to get my bumper painted.

Very impressed all around.

Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. Got a shuttle ride to work. They were helpful and even sent a video of the issues they found and their recommendation for repair. I had gone to a BMW authorized shop but had horrible experience. BMW of Tulsa was a breath of fresh air considering my experience with the other shop.

Bailee and Brice were great, we had zero issues. I like the automated texts for updates, and we also appreciate the shuttles to/from the dealership. I'm sure I always ask a few questions I should know the answers to, but they patiently explain it anyways.
