Bailee took excellent care of me and my experience Got

Bailee took excellent care of me and my experience Got the problem resolved quickly. Had brakes replaced a month.ago and the service light for the brakes came on. Sensor replaced.

Great service.

Great service. They work hard to get the car fixed on time. Also the shuttle service with Austin was a big help. Brice was so much help getting the car fixed quickly and washed in time. Thanks!

Not completely happy with my recent visit.

Not completely happy with my recent visit. Charged me $300+ and didn’t do anything to my automobile! Usually a much better experience with the service department. Been dealing with BMW of Tulsa for over 20 years.

Miguel has been my service manager a few times.

Miguel has been my service manager a few times. He has always taken great care of me, whether it be with his timely communication, his friendly attitude, and his eagerness to help. Unfortunately, his level of service is not too common in today?s society, but I wanted to let you know that Miguel is fantastic representation of BMW and I will request him as my service manager from now on, if he is available. My only small complaint is not about Miguel. The service dept didn?t add windshield wiper fluid, even though my light showed it was low. I forgot to remind them, but I assumed they would catch it on the inspection. Miguel?s excellent customer service made this seem like only a very small inconvenience.

Great friendly service.

Great friendly service. It is a very busy dealership so plan on staying awhile. They do offer shuttle service but I live pretty far out.

Bailee was very helpful and explained everything. He communicated with service details, offered to have me picked up if needed, but it wasn?t necessary. The new building is magnificent
