Great service department! it’s nice when you call BMW of Anchorage. It says press one for service obviously that’s their main priority taking care of their customers that says a lot for a dealership.

Their video inspections were more than I could have asked
Their video inspections were more than I could have asked for. Went over every issue in detail & even gave remedies & costs for said issues. Easy to use application, drop off, and delivery. Would use again.

Nathan was awesome!
Nathan was awesome! I would definitely buy from him again. He didn’t feel pushy, but he also cared enough. However, the lack of urgency to get our check to us (not Nathan) kind of bothered me. It’s been over a week and we have not received anything. They were supposed to send it out the day we traded our truck but did not have it sent in the mail until a week later. We live on an island and had to catch the ferry home so we could not just go pick it up.
