I bought my 2012 Chevy from them only because they said; "they have their own mechanic shops, and all cars go through extensive inspection prior to listing them to be sold". I somewhat, believed them. Its been less than 2 weeks, now Im having electronic isdues, actuators are bad. They promised me that, they will takecare of anything if we return it by 2 weeks. Now, they are saying its my responsibility since I bought a used vehicle. They are asking me to pay $300 out of pocket. Stay away from them, be careful with these people. Beware of selling tactics. Never trust any of their words. I paid way too much money for them to treat me unfairly!!

Sir, you bought the vehicle for far below book value. We also included a 3 month or 4,500 mile power train warranty for free. You were offered to purchased an extended warranty, which you declined to purchase. An electrical component can go bad at anytime. At the time of sale, everything worked perfectly.If you are unhappy with the vehicle, please return it and we will give you a full refund. Got me in and out. Got brakes replaced and a week later started to hear a weird noise. Called them and they took it right back the next day, found the problem with ease, and did it with a smile on their face. I live in Philadelphia and this is almost an hour drive for me but for their service, it is well worth the drive

I take my Honda Civic to be serviced at Interstate in Colmar. They do great work. I will not take my car anywhere else.

We have used this facility for over 15 years. They have always been courteous, efficient and very helpful with all of our vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are fair and they do their best to accommodate you in the best way that they can.

I Recently purchased a 2009 Acura MDX from this outfit. It is now in the shop less than a month later and needs a whole new transmission. I have a hard time believing that they weren't aware of this issue prior to selling me my car. Would stay away from buying a car here.

Mr. Foggerty, We would never sell a vehicle with a known problem unless it was disclosed up front. You should have contacted us directly if you had a problem and we would have been glad to rectify it. We can't satify a customer if we don't know there is a problem. Also the vehicle is still under factory warranty for the power train. so it shouldn't be costing you any money. I personally drove this vehicle and never experienced a problem.
