Tommy and Kevin and the whole team at BMW of West Houston were very welcoming and made me feel like a part of the family. I came in on a whim to see what they had available and left with a new BMW. The was very pleasantly surprised at how painless the entire process was, and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a luxury vehicle stop in to see them.
