LIARS, DEVIOUS, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Watch out for their deceptive financing. Worst dealer experience ever. I only purchased the vehicle because they were going to deliver it within a week. Kept my car hostage for a month at my cost. Take your business elsewhere

Absolutely terrible experience here and I will never purchase a car from them again. Salesperson was brand new and had no idea what they were doing. Sales manager maybe? Joel was awful. He is aggressive, pushy, and lied the entire time about pricing. The monthly payment, and amount down changed all the way up to signing paperwork and paying. Zero communication afterwards about getting my plates and sticker.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lieš. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. Even the man who took the car in to put my new sticker on was so pleasant. Great staff !!! Thanks again Brandon Deb Rose

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and it was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences Iāve ever had. The only reason I even considered this dealership was because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for with low mileageāI had no interest in anything else on their lot. I initially worked with Rich, who was professional, but then I was handed off to salesman JOEL MICHELSEN, and thatās when things went downhill. He was aggressive, pushy, and dismissive, doing everything he could to pressure me into buying that day. When I expressed hesitation about the vehicle, he repeatedly hit me with condescending remarks like, āYOUāRE NOT BUYING A LAMBORGHINI.ā After nearly 30 minutes of relentless sales tactics, he pretended to negotiate a āperfect world deal,ā which turned out to be the exact same price we started with. The entire process felt like a manipulative sales game rather than a professional transaction. Unfortunately, the poor service didnāt stop there. It took almost a week for my vehicle registration to be available. Since I live nearly 40 minutes away, I requested it be mailed to me, which they did. However, I was told Iād be reimbursed for the $35 state inspection fee after providing proof of payment. I sent the receipt as requested, but despite following up, I still havenāt received my reimbursement. The vehicle also had noticeable scratches, and I was promised they would either be buffed out or Iād receive touch-up paint. While the scratches looked slightly improved at pickup, they quickly became visible againāa clear sign of poor-quality detailing. To make matters worse, the vehicle only came with one key, and when I asked about a second, I was told they would reach out to the previous owner. That follow-up never happened. Now, Iām stuck paying over $250 for a replacement keyāsomething Iād expect from a small corner-lot dealership, not a supposedly reputable one. This dealership relies on high-pressure sales tactics, empty promises, and poor follow-through. From start to finish, this was an exhausting and disappointing experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrendous experience at your dealership this afternoon. Came to consider trading up to a 2024 Colorado Z71. I bought my current '21 new from McGee. Manny was great but when JoelĀ Michelsen stepped in everything changed. The tactics used and condescending way he talked to me was appalling and beyond disrespectful. Long story short, I could pay cash for a new Z71 but would never give your business a dime of my money. As we were trying to leave Joel said "this guy is a cu@t" to Samson and Manny. If this is how Marine Corps veterans are treated there, I can only imagine how others are treated. I'll make sure to review your business everywhere I can.
