The service technician Heather was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to me so that I constantly knew the status of my vehicle and was given accurate guesstimations as to when I would receive it back. The work done to the car was fantastic and fixed my problems which eased my mind. Overall I give BMW of Clearlake a 10 out of 10.

The people who worked at this dealer have always treated me in a cordial and professional manner. When my car needs service or maintenance, they always explain to me clearly what my car needs, and what my best options are. Additionally, the private transportation service is practical while the car is being serviced. My advisor Omar is always aware of everything and informs me on time of the status of the service.

Excellent experience! I brought my vehicle into BMW of Clear Lake for brake and oil service. I was provided exceptional service! It was easy to schedule and the dealership offered a shuttle service while the work was being completed. Service Advisor Harry Fernandez was amazing. Harry was friendly and kept me informed of my vehicle status the entire time. I will definitely bring my vehicle into BMW of Clear Lake’s Service Center again for any future service.
