My wife and I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Crown Nissan, and I have to say, we're absolutely blown away by the entire experience. Prior to our visit I spoke with Bryan on the phone and explained what type of vehicle we were looking for including trim, colors, and options. The next day, we walked into the Crown Nissan dealership, and met Bryan who greeted us with a warm smile. He showed us a few cars on the lot that matched what he thought we’d be interested in. Bryan also already secured a vehicle from another location that he thought we would be interested in. Long story short, a few hours later my wife and I were driving home in our beautiful new Nissan Pathfinder and couldn’t be happier. The whole process, from start to finish, was seamless and efficient, thanks to Bryan's professionalism and wonderful demeanor. But Bryan wasn't the only one who made our experience special. We also had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Ryan Gibb and Financial Services Manager Devonte Harvey. Both Ryan and Devonte were instrumental in making our purchase a breeze. Just bought a brand new 2026 Nissan Rouge and had a really great experience working with Crown Nissan. Their showroom was modern well organized and kept. They have a great inventory of cars to choose from and our sales person Jacob was great. A perfect combination of knowledgeable, friendly, polite and accommodating. Not high pressure but very effective in helping us make the decision to buy the car. He was very patient with us as we went through the lot looking at what was available and then arranged for us to test drive both the SV and Dark Armor trims. We ended up choosing the Dark Armor trim after Jacob walked us through the different features and what we gained by moving up trim levels. Again, no pressure just polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately convincing. The price negotiation process was one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. No high pressure just a reasonable back and forth. The dealership manager Jason Jiovani was also very professional and did an excellent job explaining the components of the sales price and fees and very willing to work with us to make the sale. What a great experience! We look forward to enjoying our new car.

Brought my 2024 Kicks in for a routine oil change recently. Dan Pepper is my Service Adviser and everything from check-in to check-out was easy and smooth. Dan is always smiling, explains everything clearly so I know what’s going on at all times. He’s definitely an asset to the dealership!
