Felt like I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with car. The person I was dealing with was out and was never told that until I said I left messages and no one could help me.

I believe I had Keith, he was fantastic and very honest.
I believe I had Keith, he was fantastic and very honest. The last time I was there I had a women and she never gave me a voucher to have my car washed, which by the way is the best car wash I have ever gotten. Keith told me he would check my filters if they didn't need to be replaced they would not do it. Last time I had this women, she told me all the repairs that had to be done to my car. She was really very agressive. Keith also stated the the tire rotation is free. Last time nothing was free. Love Keith. I would like to have him take care of me everything I have to come in for service. Honesty is the best policy.

No fuss with paperwork, clean and relaxed atmosphere inside. Could've been a little faster but it was month-end with a holiday weekend, so the finance folks were working flat out.
