Advantage Hyundai

I would like to thank Mike Kiely, Dan Toomey, and Chris O'Brien for all their help and excellent customer service. About a year and half ago, I bought a used car from Advantage Hyundai with an extended warranty. I did not have good luck with this warranty, and everything was excluded. Mike, Dan, and Chris covered the repairs on my car for free. I am very grateful to them for assisting me.

I recently brought my Sante Fe in for service. The receiving area was clean, organized, and fast. I was given an estimate of cost and time it would take to complete the job. The waiting area was comfortable with plenty of seating, 2 tvs, and free coffee and bagels. The area also had free wifi. My car was not only serviced on time and on the estimate mark, but it was also sent through the car wash. It does'nt get better than this.

Be sure to use Edward and or Jarrod for the smoothest transaction ever. They certainly put the customer first and are the nicest guys . I will recommend Advantage to all.

The pre-service techs were nice and friendly. My service advisor Rich was pleasant and efficient. My service was completed sooner than I had expected. The cashier, Stephanie was sweet. I transferred here from another dealership and am very happy with my decision .

Leased my daughter's first new car, 2015 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership. Our salesman, Charlie, was nothing short of fantastic! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understood our needs. Her first service experience was also great, timely and fixed the problem without a glitch. Customer service here is A1++++!

This is the worst show room i have every seen. One of the agent without any knowledge had an agreement to purchase a new car. ran the credit reports from 3 different credit bureaus without our concern. And when we went to sign,agent was telling the different price than what is on the agreement. And next day he told the different interest rate. And agent was not polite, wasn't apologize. very rude behaviour. I never ever recommend this showroom to any one of friends or any know persons. Beware to these agents cheating the cheating us.

Our salesman was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We were very impressed with the level of customer service. We would highly recommend the dealer and, especially, the salesman!
