One salesperson contacted me by email immediately after I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and invited me to come and look at their inventory but didn't answer either of my questions. Later he left a voice mail but again didn't answer the 2 questions I originally asked. A couple weeks later I saw the same vehicle and went to look at it and was met by different sales person, Dustin, took the car for a spin, loved it and DJ put the finishing touches on it, showing all the work that had been done when the car came on the lot and then finalized the sale. Very Happy.

I was wanting to just have a closer look at the 2008 Subaru Tribeca that Sunset Cars of Auburn had on their lot. Richard P. greeted me as I was walking the lot searching for the vehicle and asked how he could be of assistance. I replied regarding about said vehicle and he he showed me it straightaway. After a brief introduction, inquiring and listening, he went ahead and convinced me to go ahead and fill out a pre-approved financing form. It was simple straightforward and Richard P. was very very helpful. All in all, my experience with Sunset Cars of Auburn and with Richard P. was incredible! This is a HORRIBLE place to buy a car. Customer Service SUCKS. Took advantage of a first time car buyer that really didn't understand the whole process.

We met up with Sergio, who was so friendly & helpful when we came in specifically for a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac we had seen on Cars.com. It was everything they had described and we were thrilled with the test drive. They made everything work for our budget & we drove home a beautiful vehicle.
