Do not believe anything that The staff at Lipscombe motors says the owner lied straight to my face said that he’d put his mother or his sister in the car that we bought it on Friday. Check engine light came on on a Saturday no heat on a Saturday and on Sunday the safety belt wouldn’t latch wouldn’t pass inspection. You need to watch him cause they make you sign a piece of paper that they didn’t promise you anything and don’t expect anything should’ve known right then Something seemed a little shady,he needs to retire because he has went downhill from all the years that he’s on the car dealership and refused to fix anything but the sad part about it is he knows that these cars are messed up and he still sells. He fixes them so you can drive them off a lot and it’s your your business then Stay Away from Lipscomb Motors in Nixa Bad news we don’t need this kind of business in this day and age. They’re there to make a fast and they care nothing about the customer or your safety or they would not have sold a car that would not pass inspection. They don’t change the oil before getting it. They don’t do your safety inspection before you buy it. That’s where the hidden secret is

Don’t shop here!
Sold me a vehicle overpriced by 5k, it has multiple issues and the warranty won’t cover it. Told me it was a bumper to bumper warranty but it isn’t. Wouldn’t even pass inspection!

Poor Service, Overpriced.
I've arrived to talk to their staff multiple times over the past few years thinking I'd give them a chance(even though they're wayyyy overpriced on vehicles): they would never even look twice at me or help me when I requested a test drive or info on the vehicle because at the time i had a less than 20,000$ car. I decided to instead shop elsewhere in another state no less and bought a tundra cash up front. They know nothing of customer service and will judge and hustle you!

Poor customer service
We called yesterday to inquire about a vehicle they had for sale. The salesman took our name and number and we told him we’d be there this morning to look at the car. When we arrived we were told the car would be there in 3 hours, they had lent it out. We drove 1 1/2 hours to see the car. We would not recommend this dealership.

Very shady Dealer
Very shady dealer at best. Will not provide what was promised in writing in the deal made by them? Have called ten times and got nothing from them but the run a round.

Pushy, very shady people
Seemed pretty hidden about the quality of the vehicle until we got there. Illegal bill of sale offered for my car to help with the price, just really seems like they needed to get rid of the car soon. Guy was rude and acted like he knew everything. Didn't even know the car just had the motor replaced until we got there and we got three different prices for how much the repair costs.

Awesome Service
The gentleman that work at Lipscomb Auto Group were by far the best car dealers my wife and I dealt with. The experience was great and they were extremely helpful. If in the market for a car I recommend that you go to Lipscomb first.
