Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. 5.5 hours wait for an oil change. No customer amenities at all.

I brought the car in the an oil change and tire rotation.

I brought the car in the an oil change and tire rotation. They rotated the tires but didn't check the pressure. All tires needed air. They spilled oil on the manifold cover. If they inspected everything on the list, it didn't cover the windshield wipers because I left a protective cover on the driver's side wiper and they didn't remove it or notice it. Even with an appointment the wait time was 90 minutes. I've been here before for regular service and I was disappointed this time.

It was xxxx finding the right wire harness(squirrels attacked the car), but finally, the service department wore State Farm down to get a new harness

I had a great experience at Holler Hyundai.

I had a great experience at Holler Hyundai. Rossi was my salesperson and was awesome. She went the extra mile setting up my vehicle”s computer as I had recent surgery and not very technical. She was excellent. Josh in finance was also great. He was personable and honest explaining terms of the loan. My only complaint was the person who Detailed for the delivery of my car, took it upon themselves to throw out my metal plate holder and put on a hauler Hyundai plate holder. I would have preferred to keep my own and was never asked nor was it left in the car. I did not notice until I got home, which is an hour and a half drive away.
