The same month I bought my SUV I had to bring it back for issues in the suspension and motor. A month later the engine started making a really loud noise and told me I had to pay $80 for them to inspect the vehicle on top what they wanted to charge me to fix the problem. The truck was still under the 1000 mile warranty. NEVER AGAIN I WOULD BUY A VEHICLE OR RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO BUY A VEHICLE AT REO MOTORS. SHOULD OF LISTEN TO ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO HAD A Timing belt issue the same week he bought the car.

Bought a truck in three weeks the chek enging light came on they promissed on fixing it when i talked to them on the phone. I took the truck and they never had time i kept waiting and they never had time i went to other shop. Never go there in my life.

I brought a 2006 Toyota Solara sle v6 from Reo Motors...in buying the car I had my doubts about the trustworthiness of Reo motors, would they stand behind their words and warranty the car after I had it for a month....I took the car to the toyota dealer they did a standard check of the car for a $100.00 not a thorough check, that would had cost me more to have done.. Toyota, said the car checked out a few weeks later after I purchase the car a lot of lights came on in the dash board I took the car & had Toyota, check it out again. I had some very serious damage, a part that had a hair line fracture ,that would had cost me a lot of money... I contacted Reo Motors, they took care of the car & it has been running very good! I had been looking for a new car for a while, and one thing you learn about shopping for new cars is It's IMPOSSIBLE to get Financing anywhere! All of these dealers on 27th street & the Milwaukee area like to beat around the bush and waste my time, but I did hit some luck when I came into Reo. I worked with a man named Dan and he got me financed and got me my new set of wheels, which I am really pleased with. I haven't had any problems yet (the car is only like two weeks old) but when and if those problems come up I'll be giving Reo a call cause I know I'll get what I need from there. Would recommend to those in the market for used cars.

I have actually purchased a couple of cars from Reo Motors. I have no complaints. Steve gave me a great deal both times. Would definitely buy another vehicle.

I purchased a truck from Reo Motors at the time of purchase they offer a 30 day or 1,000 mile which ever comes first warranty. The warranty that they provide they don't honor it. I started to have problems out of my truck the day after I purchased it. I contacted Reo Motors to tell them about the problem and to make an appointment to have my truck looked at. I took my truck to them to have the problems repaired. My truck was at the shop for almost a week and when I went to pick it up all of the repairs weren't repaired and I was not told that I needed to bring it back. When I called to talk to the owner about my truck being with them for almost a week and all of the repairs not being fixed he was never there to speak to and he never returned my calls back. I spoke to one of the numerous receptionist about the problems she wanted me to bring in my truck to have the same repairs that weren't completed in the first place after the 30 day warranty had expired. till this day I haven't spoken to the owner and my truck still isn't fixed. Reo motors is a sleazy dealership. They have vehicles on their lot that are for sale with known problems that they aren't willing to fix after you've purchased the vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again and I would never recommend anyone else to do business with them either.

Very easy to deal with! The sale person Juan was easy to deal with especially when it came to the bottom line price of the vehicle and the he even went through the vehicle with me, over all a very good buying experience and would go back there again !!

When it comes to car repair, taking it to a place you trust is extremely important. With reomotors, I have got the job done promtly and amazingly the cost was pretty affordable. It is impressive how accurate and fast they were! and not only that, their friendly staff made my experience with them a real win! Don't hesitate, go visit them, you will be amazed!
