Wow! What fantastic customer service from John Dutton! I got in touch with him while sitting at another dealership & being pushed hard into a deal that I was unsure about. I'm so happy that I walked right out of there & drove to Frederick the next morning. John is straightforward and genuinely one of the nicest guys I've met. He is quick to respond to calls/emails/texts and answered all my questions. Dave Harrison did an excellent job. He took his time going over all of my options with no pressure. Even came in on his day off for my test drive on the day he was finding out the sex of his child - a son. Mike Sienkiewicz was extremely helpfully as well working the financing. Also carefully explaining my options. In the end, he saved me a point on the financing I had with USAA. I did the credit app on his recommendation.
