Unfortunately this will be the last time o take my van

Unfortunately this will be the last time o take my van there, I requested an oil change and my left turn signals were not working, I spoke to Chris the advisor I told him I doubt that it’s all the bulbs on that side, they proceeded to change bulbs anyways and spent almost an hr trying to find the problem, the bulbs were fine they did not had to replace them I got home checked the fuses and found the BCM fuse broken! You would think an experienced technician would start by checking the fuses first but this was not the case, I need a refund for the extra money I paid I will only pay for the oil change, I spoke to the service director he said he was going to get back to me but that was not the case. Horrible service not happy at all!!

Peter and everyone who helped make the best decision for me were incredible. I was very anxious at the beginning, but by the end I was very happy and satisfied. I really enjoyed my first dealership experience and would highly recommend their services.

They were diligent, and fully prepared for our arrival. Check up text messages and confirming apportionment well in advance. The process, which in the past i knew it to be onerous, was efficient and hassle free! Appreciate the team with their kindness, hospitality and efficiency!

Jose C was a dream tom work with.

Jose C was a dream tom work with. He seemed genuinely interested in which features and style that I wanted. He showed me several options and did not push me towards a particular one, or pressure me when I said that I wanted to look at other dealers. When I had made my decision, Jose came in on his day off because it was convenient for me. I highly recommend Jose Cedillo.

About my experience this trip for my oil change.

I went in for an oil change and waited for one hour and a half which was not that bad. The problem was after I paid for my service I drove off the lot and went home and a couple minutes after I was home I received a phone call from the dealership saying they forgot to put a piece on my car when the oil change took place. Whoever does the oil change needs to make sure the car is correct as they finish the oil change.

Terrible service

I received a retrofit letter from Chevrolet. I booked a service appointment in this location online, then proceeded to call the service department to confirm my appointment and they said it is confirmed, and they added the nature of the apppontmet: park assist retrofit. I came to the appointment time and was told just wait for the car as this only takes 1 hour to install. So instead of going to work, my husband and I waited from 8:15-9:20am. At 9:20, we got a call saying the part is not available! Went back to get my car and the service department, without apologizing, just said there is no part for us. And that it?s back ordered and will take weeks! This is all After I called and confirmed it. Why confirm my appointment if there is no part or if it is back ordered?!!! And why did it take over one hour to know that there is no part? I lost all morning for the lack of customer service in this place. And it seemed like it?s my fault that I went there without a part!
