I can’t say enough good things about Moose (can’t remember his actual name) and Xavier. We came in literally just looking and even with that in mind they both gave us the royalty treatment. They tag teamed as Xavier was our salesperson and Moose was the manage. Took the time to show us everything the truck had to offer, let us take her for a ride, and got back with absolutely no pressure. We loved the truck but knew we were not ready to buy. Moose, again with no pressure, ran some numbers without a credit check and even told us about a couple of trucks coming off the assembly line in case we were ready at that time, again no pressure. I would have left out of there with a truck but husband has to bring me back to reality. We literally went to other dealers looking at other trucks but both of us agreed not only the truck but the amazing service would bring us back to Fitzgerald’s when we are ready.

I brought in my own oil filter, fuel filter, and oil. I scheduled ahead of time. I still paid close to $400 for an oil change and fuel filter change. To replace the fuel filter on my own would have taken 15 minutes, a couple squirts of brake cleaner, and a 16mm socket. I paid a dealership over $180 (including tax and me supplying parts) to do this. Conveniently, when I asked if there was a military discount, the cashier stated that it was only on parts, not on labor. Save yourself the headache and the butt ache. Drive up to Thurmont and have your Chevy taken care of over there. I feel bad leaving a review of one star, but that's the least FitzWay will let me do.

We are new to the area and this was our first experience with the service department. We came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Communication was clear and concise, and Kim was an absolute machine at her desk. After speaking with Kim, I knew we were in good hands.

Do not go to the dealership they will take your money and do little to no actual work. They only want to replace parts because they don’t want to diagnose the actual problem.
