Car Maintenance

I bought my Malibu from them 5 years ago, and all maintenance done by them. I bought an extended warranty at time of purchase. Great experience as always.

Friendly yet professional; it was a pleasure doing business with Bingle. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, even from my 5 year old. No crazy markup on the Bolt like most of the other dealerships.


I’m an out of state visitor to Maryland and it’s my third

I’m an out of state visitor to Maryland and it’s my third time needing to use Chevrolet service dept at Fitzgerald Chevrolet in Frederick. Each time I was able to get into the dept quickly. The last two times my advisor was Mauricio. He is very quick, professional yet still is friendly. My work has been done on time as promised and the prices are fair. The waiting area is very comfortable. I guess the biggest thing for me is trust in a dealership and this service dept has earned my trust.

Rude! Both the service manager and service advisor were nasty and they were overpriced. Steer clear. Never had such a rude bunch of people at a dealership. Total lacking in people skills and has very poor communication. Will never go back.

The vehicle is great I purchased it and it was delivered to my home very quickly and all the office staff and delivery drivers were very professional.


Absolutely horrible service.

Absolutely horrible service. Wanted to charge me $125+ to diagnose a problem that they had diagnosed before and did not charge for before ... A simple fuse. They even checked the records of my account and saw it had been covered. My warranty is still active. Then because I resisted this absurd charge Christopher Wilson and Jesus Santanilla refused to service my oil change and tire rotations because they hadn't sold me the warranty while for 2 years their location has been servicing my vehicle just fine. Additionally they tried to sell me a change of transfer case fluid because it's "recommended" at 45,000 miles though their own Chevrolet manual says it doesn't need changing till 155,000 miles. Rather than simply put in a fuse that costs them a few dollars they would rather inconvenience and lose a long-term customer. I don't recommend in any way going to this dealer service department but if you have to, see if you can speak with Tom ... He's helpful, respectful, and calm. These other two guys were pulling a major power trip. Good luck.
