This was my first experience at Findlay Chevrolet as I recently moved to Las Vegas. The staff was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I pulled into the service bay. The facility was amazing - huge, modern, and welcoming. Dahlia was my service representative. She kept me informed regarding the progress of my vehicle service. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and could answer all my technical questions. Sam Litman was also very helpful. He answered all of my questions about a number of vehicles and was very patient with me. Based on my interactions with these individuals, as well as my overall experience, I would definitely return to Findlay Chevrolet for all my service needs and purchases in the future.

BEST Car/Truck buying experience EVER!!!
I already picked out my truck online, I knew what I wanted ahead of time. I even showed up preapproved for a loan through my bank. I was in contact (via email and text), with Sam, my salesperson the night before, and he had the truck out front waiting for me first thing in the morning. After about 90 minutes, I drove off the lot with my truck. The experience does not end there. About 10 days later, I was waiting for my EDRS, so I could get my plates from the DMV. Unbeknownst to me, there was an issue with the loan process due to my bank, not Findlay. Doug Fleming stepped in and saved the day. He got everything moving..FAST. He was in daily contact with me, keeping me up to date, and got the ball rolling again. As soon as everything cleared, he immediately got me the Green Slip with the ERDS number, so I could get my truck registered online and avoid a trip down to the DMV. I personally want to thank Doug and his staff for all the help getting this resolved . I would encourage EVERYONE to pay Findlay Chevrolet a visit and see what they can do for you. They go out of their way to make a car/truck buying experience fun, easy and enjoyable. I will tell all my family, friends and coworkers to go to Findlay Chevrolet. Thank you again for everything that you did.
