I came to the conclusion that everyone coming to do

I came to the conclusion that everyone coming to do service is just one more car, one more customer. There is never urgency and everyone lacks on customer service. No one cares, different sales person have different opinions on how much time the repair will take. Overall, I’m sure there are many satisfied customers but unfortunately I’m not one of them. Good luck!

I’m very happy with my experience.

I’m very happy with my experience. Bobby did an excellent job of taking care of my first maintenance along with isolating an alignment issue and not charging me for the repair. I have loved my truck and I certainly am very fortunate to have the Finley service team at my disposal. Thank you!
