Doug was pleasant and courteous. He was honest, reasonable and upstanding and followed through with everything I needed. He treated me with respect and dignity unlike other dealerships who belittled me because I am a woman. He allowed me to do my due diligence on the purchase and have it inspected by my own mechanic. I love my new jeep liberty and I couldn't have had a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend him as a seller. Which is more than I can say for about 7 other dealerships I came across in my search for a new vehicle.

Mark is very professional, personable, with high Customer Service skills, and he is very knowledgeable about cars. I bought a Prius there and I got Quality job done at the office and at the shop. The car looked like new when I picked it up! I highly recommend this place

Quality of there uses cars is excellent.They serviced my truck from top to bottom and my drive home was like purchasing a brand new truck As for the purchasing end.All I can say is Mark was as stand up as they come.If you want to meet a man with bullet proof integrity this is your man and your dealership.Im over an hour and a half a way and because of the treatment this dealership gave me I would drive 5 hour.Thank you Mark and the entire team at Auto Kraft.👍👍👍👍👍

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Car was serviced and is very clean. This dealer came highly recommended and I couldn't agree more. I work close by at the Town Hall which made it very convenient for me, although I would have traveled further to receive the service I did. We received outstanding customer service- Mark very responsive and a pleasure to deal with! An excellent buying experience all around!

The salesman Mark was responsive, pleasant and flexible, but in the end, it was a disappointing experience. We wanted to buy a Toyota Yaris that looked great and handled well, but after taking it to our mechanic for a check-up, we discovered several mechanical and structural problems. The dealership promised to fix most of them but when we brought it back to the mechanic a second time, we discovered they did not do several of the repairs. (although they did replace the clutch.) So after considerable amount of time spent, we did not buy the car.

I purchased a used Subaru from AutoKraft. Mark was great, no gimmicks or BS. He made no promises he couldn’t keep, yet went the extra mile to make my experience painless. Every problem I had with the car, he addressed and resolved before I completed the purchase. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Even after purchasing the vehicle, and needing in-warranty service, Mark went above and beyond to accommodate me. My overall experience was 10/10, would recommend.

Overall I couldn’t have found a better car and mark did everything he could to get me the best deal and was honest. I haven’t been able to find this great of a dealership since buying my first car and no doubt would suggest everyone to buy a car there.

This dealer came highly recommended by several of my son's co-workers. So I had a decent amount of confidence going in. Even so, I was surprised at how good an experience this purchase was for us. First, the quality of the inventory was excellent. And the pricing was beyond fair. Then there was no pressure on the lot whatsoever. When we made a decision, the financed purchase process was easier on our end than I would ever have dreamed. Mark is down to earth and very candid. They can hold their heads high at this place.

We did the whole car buying transaction over the phone from Colorado. Mark went above and beyond to make sure that my family member was taken care of and had an exceptional vehicle. The deal that I had with Auto Kraft was wonderful! My dad helped my find a car online anD auto kraft's cars cAME up so I stopped by and take a look. I told them I'm a new driver and this will be my first car and they helped me out so well with choosing the car I want as they let me give the cars driving test. I think that I had tried like 4 or 5 cars in total but they didn't even show any attitude at all! Everybody there are all friendly and helpful! I ended up with a Nissan Altima 2014, which has only been driven 39,000 miles. The car looks brand new and I got it for a very price! Everything works out great as it's been almost a month and a half since I got the car and I'm in love with it! I'm so glad that Auto Kraft was my first and best choice! I would highly recommended this dealer to anyone who's finding a good used car. To me, they're the best in town!
