I recently relocated to Columbus, Ohio from Northern Virginia and am new to the dealership. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness and overall decor. I was immediately greeted and welcomed without hesitation. Spencer Stewart was my service advisor. He listened to my concerns, answered any questions that I had. I felt valued and not dismissed. What an amazing experience and exceptional service.

What an amazing experience and exceptional service. Spencer Stewart was my service representative. He walked me through my service appointment for my 2024 Mercedes Benz. He answered all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. He kept me apprised of the work progress. The repair video was awesome. Christian Wilkoski has been our Service Advisor since we purchased our GLE from Germain Mercedes of Easton in May of 2023. He has been patient and considerate when we've had to have it serviced. Service after the sale is often more important than the actual purchase. With this kind of service could a G-Wagon be next?
