Excellent Customer Service! 5 STARS!

My experience at Universal auto sales was an amazing experience. Sam was professional and understanding to my immediate car needs. The prices are very reasonable with a nice selection of cars. The progress was quick and stress free. I would definitely recommend this place for others as well as return for future needs.

Worst dealership ever in America

This is the worst dealership ever in America . I bought a 2008 Mercedes ml350. Put down 7318$ cash. These parkinstanias criminals sold me a malfunctioned engine , the light came same day with terrible sound coming from the engine. The owner lied that the car only needed gas cover. But in reality the car needs a new engine it was estimated $4000.00. Please run far away from these scammers , crooks , and thiefs. They are very rude, dishonest and skillfully fraudulent . Never send anyone to this dealership....

This dealer does not want you to check the vehicle @ shop

When I drove it for 20-30 mins before buying it the vehicle drove great. The 2.5-hour car ride home was a breeze. Then the next day on my way to work it began to idle extremely high (4000 rpm) and was shifting a lot. Then it began to just want to keep going even if I'm on the break pedal. I had a diagnostic yesterday (5-5-2017) and it appears the idle air intake control sensor, as well as the throttle position sensor, were both faulty -and- HAD DISCONNECTED SO IT WOULD NOT READ, AND WOULD NOT ACT UP UNTIL IT BEGAN TO DAMAGE THE VEHICLE. Talk about a lack of integrity, the staff told me on a computer it read for an o2 sensor. The repairs and labor are going to cost me over $600. So please take my advice, I recommend you test drive a car you like, take it right to Pep Boys or a mechanic to have a diagnostic. At the very least, have the lot read the codes off to you so you can recite them to your mechanic of choice over the phone. They will tell you whether or not it is worth the price and I could have paid $600 less and compensated for repair.

Requested info on vehicle that dealer was advertizing but they never responded. I however found a similar vehicle elsewhere and purchased it.
