Found an X5 was looking for with desired options @ Taylor

Found an X5 was looking for with desired options @ Taylor BMW... Called Dealership and spoke to Salesperson Ronan... Car was available... then received email stating car available and how to purchase. Called next day to place deposit only to be informed car was sold before my initial phone call... Not good business... How hard is it to know if a specific car is available... Bad Bad Dealership. Please avoid

Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership...after having bought 7 BMW's over the years I went to buy an X3 for my son. They offered me NO discount and told me to take it or leave it. Went to BMW Columbia mad the purchase in 10 minutes and saved $3,600. Will never go back !!!!!

They do not response to you even if you call or text many

They do not response to you even if you call or text many times ! If they do not want to sell the car they just ignore you at all !

Taylor BMW - Mr. Keenan Mason is the BOMB!!!!

Keenan Mason is the BEST ever! As soon as I walked into Taylor BMW, he greeted me with a warm smile and was very excited to help me purchase my birthday car! I shared with him what I wanted, and he understood the assignment! If it wasn't for his expertise, calm demeanor, and positivity, I am not sure if I would be smiling today! He found my dream car and I LOVE IT!

have taken my car over three times always claimed to fix

have taken my car over three times always claimed to fix the problem but instead the issues were still present and I was charged almost 2,000 each time

Peter Christensen has just sold me my third BMW. He actually came with the new car to my office and picked up my old car so I did not have to go over to Augusta, I live in aiken. Taylor BMW is definitely my family's go to car dealership, and have made us BMW drivers for life. Peter was incredibly helpful, intuitive, and patient and for that I am extremely grateful. I recommend Taylor BMW and I certainly would ask for Peter. Charlie and I would not seek anyone else out to help switch our buying needs.

The best service ever!!!

My client advisor Jimmy Quinteros has changed my mind about continuing to receive services through this dealership. It was nice to not have those biased feelings that are always getting in the way of me patronizing this business.

Great Dealership

Best dealership I’ve ever been to. The customer service is top notch in all areas. The service on my previous BMW by Rocky and Brian, my new BMW Sales person, Peter and Ben in Finance were all so easy to work with. They really know how to make a customer for life! Best Experience

Luis Olmos is the person to see. Very knowledgeable about the product and he is also a BMW genius. Purchased 3 cars from Taylor. The deals were fair and they were very upfront. The waiting room is brand new and service from Wendy, Keith and Rocky is the best. They are more than accommodating. With follow up from the service department.
