Great service and friendly service department!
Took my car to have an engine seal leak fixed to find out that other things had leaks all covered under my extended warranty except for one. Experience was great and I plan to have my oil change done here instead of Express Oil, who do not know a thing about cars. Thanks to Edward Chevrolet-280, they found what was really wrong with my car and fixed it.

Edward's Chevyman Hwy 280 makes it easy
I had to take my truck in to have a new HIM installed. They diagnosed it the first day, the next day they received the wrong part. I think the employees were more upset than I was about it. They reordered and when I came in the 3rd day, they already had the part and started on my truck right away. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and they made getting the truck fixed easy. I can honestly say this is the first time I have had a good experience with a dealership (first time I have used Edwards 280 service dept as well).

Great Facility, Ask for Lee House
We dealt with Lee House and was everything you want out of a sales person/employee. He was helpful, informative, and always checked on us and kept us updated while we were waiting for the vehicle to get to the lot. We appreciate his hard work and was a main reason why we bought from Edwards. We will definitely recommend Edwards next time someone we know is looking for a vehicle. Thanks again!! Service Department
The service department did an excellent job with the standard oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The amount of time to do the work could not have been any faster. I was the only vehicle there at the time. I will return even after the free 2 year service is over.

Great service but still a car dealership...
I was in for service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a few questions as I was looking to purchase a few upgrades but I felt as if I was a bit of an inconvienence. Unfortunately, I'll purchase my upgrades at a dealership that pays a little more attention to their customers who have already made purchases.
