Very personable, and accommodating. No sales pressure. They were very patient, even though it took well into the evening to arrange the financing and complete all the paperwork. And then they returned my rental car for me the next day after topping off the tank. I thought that was super nice. Thanks guys!

I was charged for your "plan" that is supposed to include
I was charged for your "plan" that is supposed to include nitrogen in the tires plus some sort of protection on the seats. The seats were still being cleaned when I took the truck and it was late so I didn't think about it until days after. I questioned the nitrogen, because there should be different stem caps and there are not, so I don't believe this was actually done (along with the protection). I was also told the spare key would be sent to me the next day. After several dollowup calls, I was finally told the key had been lost. I am still waiting on a new key. I also still don't have a license plate and mine expires this month. While I realize this MAY not be your fault, based on the other issues, I have doubts. I live over an hour away from the dealership so it is not feasible for me to show up there to resolve these issues. I feel disrespected after the sale.

Made purchase over the phone and everything went
Made purchase over the phone and everything went smoothly. Due to the logistical challenges of my trade, and distance between me and the dealer, this transaction could've easily have turned into a nightmare but that was not the case at all. The professional staff got me in and out in less than hour and off I went in .y brand new Challenger hellcat! I would definitely recommend Murray CDJR if you're in the market for a great experience!
