Last year when Chrysler announced that the new Pacificia Hybrid would be available in early 2017, we started discussing the possibility of purchasing one. We talked with Jordan Wendel at Bud's and he thought for sure they would get one in in the Spring of 2017. The one they ordered for the showroom didn't arrive as they anticipated, so Bud's changed the order for the first one to meet our specifications with the understanding that we didn't have to take it if we didn't like it. Numerous times this past summer, we checked with Jordan and he couldn't believe they hadn't received any confirmation that the vehicle was being made. A week or so ago Jordan called and said they received the vin number and confirmation the Pacificia Hybrid they ordered was being made, but that it would be 7 weeks before they received the vehicle. After much thought, we considered buying either a new pickup truck or van to replace our 2010 Town & Country that we purchased at Bud?s in 2010. We really liked the pickup truck but there were features you couldn't get on the pickup that were available on the Pacifica Limited. Bud's was able to locate a 2018 Pacificia Limited, in the color and with the features we wanted. Last Friday, we picked up our 2018 Pacificia Limited and so far, we are very pleased. Jordan Wendel and all those who assisted us in purchasing our new van are to be commended for their professionalism, patience and understanding of what we wanted. Purchased a 2015 viper from these guys. Saw the vehicle listed online and reached out to them. My inquiry was responded to in a timely fashion and a few minutes we agreed upon a price and terms. I flew from NY to OH the next morning and found the car exactly as described and the transaction was completed. No issues, no stories, no gimmicks, Budds Dodge charged me exactly the price we had agreed upon via email the day prior and not a penny more. Matt Hamilton was the individual I dealt with via email and he gave me the heads up that he would be away at a meeting the following day when I would come to pickup the vehicle but he setup transportation to pick me up and bring me to the dealership as well as another salesman (Jordan Wendel) and the finance guy Jon to help make the acquisition a breeze. Very rarely do you meet a group of guys that are well coordinated, honest, and make the purchase of a car so easy. They did not have any pushy sales tactics or gimmicks. I would recommend Budds Dodge, and the aforementioned group of guys to anyone looking to buy a car. Job well done guys. I wish all car dealerships were this honest, welcoming and transparent. Recently we purchased a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sales staff was incredible and meet all of our needs easily.
