Great People to Work With!

I had been looking for a used car and because of previous ownership of a Ford Taurus, that is what I was looking for. I was lucky and found a 2004 Ford Taurus SE at Madison Motors, Madison VA. After an email and phone call to verify the car was still available, I visited, test drove, and ultimately purchased. I feel I received an excellent deal, plus the car had LOW milage! Looking forward to many years of use! Friendly staff, NO ONE was "pushy", and allowed me to take my time to decide.

Customer satisfaction

Prior to buying the vehicle, I road tested it. I found couple things that I brought to the owner's attention. After buying the car The owner was a man of his word, and not only did he pay for the repairs, but, when I took it in in for the repair I told the shop owner to do one more thing for me and that I would pay the difference, however, when I picked the car up from the shop, Madison motors covered the whole thing..... I was so impressed !! Thank You Madison Motors!

94 Ford F150

My husband was so excited to find an older ford F150 like he had when we were dating many years ago. We had a fast and easy experience purchasing the truck. Customer service was excellent and friendly! Straight forward and to the point

Great Experience

My husband and i drove from Richmond VA. too Madison motors in Madison Va ,when we arrived we were greeted by Luke who was very personable and welcoming. my husband had found a 2007 Eddie Bauer ford explore,this vehicle was beautiful inside and out, the drive was smooth and quite.I found this family owned business very affordable,with a great variety of inventory.My husband did have a small problem with the battery drying on the truck the next day,so he called the guys at Madison motors and they promptly called down to our local auto zone and purchased a new battery for my husbands truck all we had to do is go pick up.I personally felt these guys did a great job at standing by there product as well as making their customers feel valued.I must say that i was a bit concerned with my husband dealing with such a small company but after meeting these guys and having such a great experience would definitely recommend this family owned company.

The Pleasant experience at Madison Motors

I was faced with the challenge of finding a car for my college student daughter. She wanted a car that she would be happy with and I needed to stay within a budget. We went to Madison Motors after someone recommended them as having a good selection at a good value. Plus it was close to UVA. Dwight and his team were very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the different models. Dwight listen to what our needs were and guided us to the perfect fit. My daughter and I both left happy, she now has a car she is thrilled to have and I felt great about the price. We both highly recommend Madison Motors!!

Repeat Customer

My parents recently bought a car from Madison Motors and so recommended them to me. I didn't see anything that I was interested in on their online inventory so I called Dwight and told him what I was looking for. Two days later he called me back and told me he found a car that had everything that I wanted within my price range. I drove down, test drove it, looked at the paperwork and it was everything he said it would be. An hour later I was driving away with a fantastic car! One of the lowest processing fees around with phenomenal, honest customer service. A very transparent, candid car buying experience. Would definitely recommend first going to Madison Motors when looking to buy a car.

Recommend for next purchase

I went to Madison Motors because I have dealt with Dwight and his sales team a long time ago. I needed a vehicle quickly due to rental about to expire. Dwight sold me a really nice car and said that once my bankruptcy went through to come back and he would help put us in something else. The car he sold us was in top shape. Had no problems. And when I went back he did what he said and put us in the vehicle I was looking for. I would recommend Madison motors for your next car needs.

Repeat customer

This site would not let me give individual ratings. Madison Motors is a wonderful place to do business. A perfect buying experience, great vehicles and NO pressure. It was like visiting old friends. I bought a truck there four years ago. This past weekend, my wife and I bought two more vehicles. Special thanks to Luke and Davey.

Purchased Used Vehicle for daughter

We purchased a used 2001 Lexus RX 300 for our daughter. When arriving home some unforeseen mechanical issues became apparent. We called Dwight and he immediately came over the mountain to retrieve the vehicle and make the repairs. The first repair uncovered another issue that Dwight and his team took care of right away. They covered the cost 100% and accommodated us with a loaner vehicle. The car was then delivered to us at our home upon completion of the work. They were always courteous with us and diligent in fixing the problems. Dwight was good on his word, and that is not seen very often these days.( I might add that while this issue was going on they had a death in their family, but still made us a priority.) We appreciate how we were treated the entire time. We would buy a vehicle from them again, and recommend them to my family and friends.

Do your homework!

Do your homework! Bought a 2005 Pathfinder May of 2014 ....29 days later the transmission and radiator were destroyed! Seems like a problem with some Nissans. Mr. Foster agreed to pay only $800 on a $3000 repair. The warranty in the window gave 50%/50% 30 days or 1000 miles The 30 day warranty in the window of the car is not what you receive with the paperwork. Ask for the original or take it out of the window yourself at purchase. Electric windows stopped working at 3 days and seat belt light for passengers never worked. Be careful, VERY careful....better yet.....go elsewhere. Obviously their reputation means nothing to them.....but what I bought cost me over $3500 in LESS THAN 30 DAYS!

The allegation concerning our warranty is 100% false. The warranty on our vehicle window sticker is and always has been exactly the same as we provide our customers when they purchase a vehicle. In addition, much pertinent information was omitted concerning the issue with this vehicle. We have been in business for over 27 years and enjoy an excellent reputation.
