Do not waste your time! Biggest SCAMMERS ever! George,...

Do not waste your time! Biggest SCAMMERS ever! George, the used sales floor manager is condescending and nasty. The advertised price of the vehicle we test drove was almost almost $17,000. We expected dealer/tax fees of $1000. What we did not expect was $4,000 in “fees” one of which was a $1,995 “insurance“ fee. It covers tears in the seats or broken glass should something happen to the vehicle during the period you have your loan. I told George we did not want the coverage - he very nastily told us we had no choice and if we didn’t like it we could leave. He said it was how the dealership makes their money. Sure - by charging people for so they may never use!!! We initially negotiated $700 off the cost of the vehicle (before we knew about the additional $4000 in fees) and when I mentioned I submitted my information on their website for the additional $500 off the price they told me they would not honor it. Needless to say we left. How can you trust their vehicles if they are lying left and right about their business practices? A $16,000 vehicle ended up with a $21,000 price tag for a 2013 Ford. Not happening. BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER - steer clear of them unless you like being treated poorly.

Considering you, Jorge, were the person I was speaking about, it should come as no surprise. You were nasty and arrogant. The fact that your added "fees" were not disclosed until we were ready to purchase the car is an issue. The bigger fact was that the feels do not need to be charged to customers as you stated. I have done research after I left your dealership. Yours is one of the few over charging customers and taking advantage of people. No one deserves to be treated the way you treated my husband and I.

Great job.

They were good and professional. The workers explained every step of the process. They sought and listened to questions of the customer before agreeing to make the required service.

I recently purchased a new Nissan at Lynnes and it was one of the smoothest transactions I have had with a car dealer. Froncel was very accommodating and friendly. Froncel, along with the sales and finance managers provided a no nonsense approach to pricing the new vehicle and my trade. To boot, they beat the prices I was given by a couple of other dealers. I was in and out within 90 minutes. If you need a new car, it is definitely worth the trip to Lynnes!

Shopping for s used car

In February I was in a accident, a truck totaled my van. So I went there to get a car so when the insurance released a check to me to purchase another car I would be ready. After getting told I was approved I picked out a car and gave a deposit, always being told it was my car it had a hold ticket in it. I was just waiting for the insurance check. I want there to test drive a couple of cars to make sure the one I picked was the one I wanted after doing that for 3 hours, they brought me in a room and told me I was no longer approved for the loan. Thanks a lot I think they should of told me that from the beginning not string me along for 2 weeks one star is too much

Bad repair service

I took my car in for repair explained my concerns and was told I need a new steering wheel pump. I was charged nearly 2000.00 for parts and labor. I had my car back for approximately 5 days and the same exact problem still exists. When I picked the car up the rep who assisted me said the car needed a rack and pinion also. I don't trust them now because you over charge for one thing which didn't eliminate the problem now they want to charge another 1300.00 to fix the problem that I initially came in to get fixed. I will never take my car to them for anything.

Bait and switch

I called about a vehicle I saw on the website and they said it was available. 20 minutes later the said that the vehicle was sold and they have another similar vehicle for the same price. Since I had a new baby I explained to the sale manager Gerald that I had to make arrangements to drop the baby off at a baby sitter and I’ll be on my way so I didn’t want to travel 60 miles to waste my time so we agreed on the price. On my way to the dealership another sales employee calls me and said the Paul is the real Sales manager and not Gerald so he will be handling the sale of the vehicle. I explained that the price that Gerald and I agreed on and he said that’s not the price. He tried to counter offer the price and I said that what I agreed on with Gerald is what I can afford. He became very nasty and hanged up the phone. Please don’t by from this dealership because they have NO respect or integrity for customers.

My experience at lynnes was challenging at first in these covid times, but the family orient mindset to serve the needs of the consumer with respect, honesty, and quality cars took precedence over the sale. All team member worked hard to help me find the best car for my financial and personal need. They are more than a car dealership they are family willing to help serve and guide your family. So I would recommend them in your next purchase.
