don't believe what they say
please be careful when shopping this dealership . do not believe everything they tell you. they sold a 2 year warranty for an additional 1500 dollars on a car that already has the factory warranty for 3 years. the finance person said that the bank would not void the warranty, i called the bank and was told that it is up to the dealership. they appear to be taking advantage of innocent buyers

HORRIBLE
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. We’ve had nothing but issues with the used car that we purchased and instead of fixing everything when we bought it back they just had excuses. We got the car with less than a quarter tank of gas, broken windshield wiper, hole in tire, ripped interior and a broken trunk button. We called our salesman multiple times and he wouldn’t even return out calls. Lynnes Nissan in Butler was SO much nicer and helpful I’m really regretting not going with them to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE.

The salesman told me straight to my face that it would be one price, but slipped in an extra 6 thousand dollars without notifying me. When I asked them to correct it, they refused. This place is full of crooks looking to take advantage of anyone they can.

Excellent customer service
Everyone was great at the dealership but I mostly dealt with Radomir who was the best you could ask for. Tons of experience and insight, even overqualified for the sales position. Very patient and caring. The best experience I ever had with a sales associate.

Forgot to return trade-in lease
Complete incompetence and lack of professionalism. Dealership claims to have "forgotten" to return the lease almost 2 months after trade-in was made and returned it over 1 month after the lease have expired ! Dealership claims they didn't know car was still on their lot ?! On top of that - dealership screwed making the payment on the remaining balance and kept stalling . I got hit with late fees and delinquency on my credit report. Very poor communications - never return calls and messages 3-4 days later if ever.
