Marilyn Rey was a great help.

Marilyn Rey was a great help during the entire purchasing process. She was knowledgeable about all the vehicle features, and explained everything well. She went our of her way to make certain that I was comfortable from the moment I arrived to the time I left even arranging for me to eat a sandwich in the comfortable on site lounge when we worked through lunch. She ensured that I had a positive car buying experience.

Nice job Sonia Lopez Sales woman

Leasing a new car, was not bad the problem is it takes too long for the process some how some, they need to cut the time short, over all it was a very nice job done by Sonia Lopez and the staff

Damaged my Car - Did oil change and only put in 1.5 quarts

I took my car for the first free oil change after buying a Volkswagen Jetta from Lynne's and it was a disaster. I called the day prior to being scheduled for the oil change to verify they has the parts as I live 40 minutes away and was told of course we have the parts. I drive all the way there and they did not have the parts and I had to reschedule the oil change. I wasted time and gas driving there for nothing and had to go back a week later. I did get the oil change, which took 3 hours, but when I picked up my car the oil change light was still on in the car. The mechanic said it was not a big deal and reset the system. Six months after I had the oil change my car was not running well and was making all kind of strange noises. I went to the Volkswagen dealer and was told the car was 3 quarts low on oil and the car only takes 4.5 quarts of oil. I only had 1.5 quarts of oil in my car! I was not burning oil and there were no leaks. The mechanic at the dealer told me the only way this could happen is when I had the oil change they did not put enough oil in my car and the system was reset to think the current level of oil was the correct amount. I was furious as I was told that driving for 6 months with 3 quarts low on oil, with only 1.5 quarts in the car, probably caused permanently damaged my engine in the car. I called the service department to speak to the manager of Lynne's but he was not in. At this point I expect them to do nothing about this problem but I sure will not be going to Lynne's again as they cant even do an oil change correctly and have damaged the engine of my car.

Great experience ! This is my 2nd purchase!

Our salesman Andre was great! He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Made our purchase very easy!! Would recommend Him and Lynne’s to all our family and friends !

2017 Rogue Transmission FAIL

I had a great experience when leasing my vehicle, but two years later I had to deal with transmission failure on a 2017 rogue. After leaving my car at the Lynnes service center, I didn't get a call saying that my car would be kept overnight OR that it would take a WEEK to fix. I had to call to get an update on my car. Shouldn't they be calling ME? It was great that this issue was covered under warranty, but I was also left without a car that I'm paying monthly for! I was told by the service department that I would be able to get a free rental until the repairs were made on my vehicle. It's been two days since I dropped off my car and still no rental. No one follows up with me or has the decency to call me back and update me on my vehicle and/or rental vehicle. Not only am I NOT buying out this 2017 Rogue at the end of the lease, but I'm strongly considering taking my business somewhere else. The service is unacceptable.

Worst buying experience

I purchased a truck here a month ago and I still have not had my registration processed. I call daily to talk to finance and they don't call me back. I have called everyday for the last week because now my temporary has expired and I am unable to drive my new truck. After purchasing here they put you to the side to get more purchases. The dealer I worked with blows me off every time I call telling me he has more important things to do. I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle here! Worst buying experience of my life so far!

Lack of customer service

Extremely disappointed in the lack of response to several inquiries asking for price of vehicles. We were ready to buy, but no one at Lynne's Subaru could provide a OTD price. The lack of transparency is very disappointing. Will be purchasing my Subaru elsewhere.

Terrific sales service

Robert Palmiere was very professional and knowledgeable. He really made an exceptionable effort with making sure we were pleased with the car as well as making sure we were satisfied with the price. We felt comfortable because of his honesty. It was because of him, we were enabled to get the car we wanted at a great price. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming . We can't thank Robert enough in making this experience a great one !
