New 2018 Sentra SL

Just picked up my new 2018 Sentra SL from Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield, NJ. Top notch. My salesperson Ray Reddock the best. Anyone looking for a new car go see Ray. A fine man and extremely knowledgeable. Great to work with. Genuinely concerned about your needs. The whole staff. A1. Highly recommended by me. I will never go anywhere else.

Our New Rogue

Jamaal is my sales man I have always used him since I been going to Lynn’s Nissan East. He will go above and beyond to help you get what you need and what you can afford they do not try to get people to buy something you can not afford. I will always go back to them they know how to take care of people.

Great dealership and a great salesman

Came into Lynne’s Nissan to test drive a Rogue Sport. My sales representative was great! He went over all of the features the vehicle had and took me for a test drive. It was a great experience with no pressure to purchase. I felt like I got a great deal on my lease and I am happy with the vehicle and the dealership asa whole!

Great Experience - wonderful car

We were treated extraordinarily by Jaime Campos at Lynnes Subaru. He is very knowledgeable and knows everything you need to know about the Subarus. He has a ton of patience with the questions and the requests that we had. Can't wait for next time!

Leasing A New Car

The service rendered by the associate was extraordinary. She made the situation very calm and got us everything we wanted. Her expertise and mannerism were out of this world. She felt like family. We appreciate everything she did for us. All their associates were very helpful to all the other customers. They were very busy the day we went to lease a car. Thank you all, especially Ms. Paulette, the associate that took care of us.

Tonoah

My husband and I came into Lynns October to inquire about the new Maxima our sales rep was Michael I explained that I currently was ib a lease and wanted to know my options long story short he Michael suggested I come back in June. One month later Lourdes from Lynns calls me asking if I was still interested in a new car which I was I explained to her what Michael advised me and she told me she would call me by 8pm the same day, that was 3 days ago, they continue to run my credit however Lourdes has not called me back I have called back asking to speak with either her or the sales manager and I was giving the run around! Very bad sales Id rather stick with Honda. I will post on Lynns facebook page as well if they have one.

Another happy customer for the second time!

I just leased a new 2018 subaru outback premium edition,once again Olga Rogers was top notch to work with in this process. This is my second leased outback from Lynnes and I couldn't be happier!

SCAMMERS - DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN

***BUYERS BEWARE*** DO NOT TRUST LYNNES NISSAN *** ***LYNNES NISSAN IN BLOOMFIELD TREATS WOMEN POORLY*** When signing paperwork DO NOT get distracted by the fancy electronic signing system they have where the finance guy quickly swipes over the windows he does not want you to question. It is a strategy. This is an account of MY experience: I went in on Wed, Oct 25 to turn in my lease. When I learned that I would not be receiving a credit for my unused miles like I thought, I decided to look into just keeping the car. Firstly, the MINUTE they ask for your drivers license they will a hard credit inquiry for about 7 financial institutions. My credit score dropped 18 points in one day. They do not ASK "may we run your credit" like they are supposed to by law. When I mentioned that I was comfortable at keeping the same payments I had during the lease their eyes widen and said "NO PROBLEM" (mentioning that was a mistake). We talked about a loan for 60 months and was promised that I would be making the same car payments. When I asked about information about interest rates, I was told "We work with the best banks... you have chase? We will get you a Chase Loan" During the signing I was verbally promised a 60 month loan at my same payments, except when it came to signing the finance guy, SAM, quickly swiped over the screen with the interest rates and length of the loan. He was doing this all while he was telling me stories about his kids and asking me personal questions. He comes off as very friendly which I like to believe is genuine, but it seems to be part of the strategy there. I one more time ask for more info about the loan and the only information I was given was "it's the same payment". So I signed. (MISTAKE) An hour later as I was reading the physical paperwork, I realized that I was put into a predatory deal! I was a 78 month loan (not 60), with a 6.8% interest rate (very high), with a bank I have never even heard of, KeyBank National... NOT chase. I have VERY good credit, and KNOW I can get a better rate than that. I went back two hours later to see what could be done, I was given the run around and told to return in the morning because "banks were closed" (lies). I came back first thing in the morning. We discussed a set of options with did not satisfy me and I learned about a few more LIES they were telling. I decided that I didn't want to do business with them and asked in many different ways if I could be let out of the deal... especially since I only returning 2 hours later and my paperwork wasn't even processed yet. (They lied and said they could not cancel the contract because of Nissan and the bank, then when I personally called Nissan and the bank they said it was up to the dealership discretion and in fact COULD be cancelled.) The day ended in a shouting match between Greg, a bald man who is I believe a sales manager. He was yelling that although he DID have the authority to cancel the contract he just didn't feel it. I was basically told "TOUGH LUCK, KID". I could not believe that a middle aged man was yelling at a young woman in publicly in his own dealership. They have ZERO respect for women there. In summary, I was reeled into a text book car dealer scam. It was a page out of a book "How to SCAM a car buyer 101" and I fell. These people are professionals at what they do, they make it seem like omitting certain information is standard. And yes, I do take full responsibility for signing the paperwork without going thru it with a fine tooth comb. But I felt comfortable because I had had a good experience there before with the same finance guy. Now I see that that level of comfort was taken advantage of. Lesson learned: do not trust ANYONE no matter how comfortable you feel. I don't wish this experience on anyone and am determined to tell everyone I know about how I was treated.
