Great Experience Buying My First Saburu
Otto is the man! I tried Lynnes after Paul Miller Saburu tried to low ball me for my trade in. As soon as I entered the Lynnes parking lot, Otto came right up to us and offered his help immediately. He looked over my trade in vehicle and agreed that my asks ng price was fair. It was nice not to have to haggle for once. After we decided on a Saburu model ,I was given the fair True Car price. The finance office ( dealing with Joe) was also a pleasant experience and I was not pressed into taking unnecessary warranties. Otto called me the next day to ask how everything was and to let me know about the status of some dealer add-ons that I had requested. Overall i would give Otto and Lynnes five out of five stars so far. Great job!

Excellent Service
Never thought about leasing a Subaru but Salesperson Otto Bizaldi changed my mind very quickly. I took a test drive in the Forester and I was sold. It has the most smoothest drive of any car I have ever driven. Otto made a believer out of me. Otto was the nicest and most pleasant Salesperson I have ever dealt with, I am a returning customer of his and will be returning in 36 - 42 months for another Subaru.

Despite insanely slow process, overall pleased with my sales representative as well as my vehicle. Only person I did not find to be helpful or a people person was the last financial consultant I dealt with who seemed to not care about what I previously mentioned to my sales rep about the total amount out of pocket meant TOTAL amount, and nothing more. Still happy though

Condescending and Disrespectful
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Unworthy of even a 1 star rating, however, for purposes of making this public the rating must be given. Lynnes Subaru of Bloomfield really has to analyze their sales force and ensure that their methods be ETHICAL. The sales associate who assisted us, Pamela, did everything she could to provide pricing on a vehicle we were interested in. What she failed to mention was the fact that she had actually pre-filled the figures on a contract of which she claimed was simply a formality to hold the vehicle until our next visit. To make matters worse, a tall gentleman claiming to be a "Sales Manager" attempted to resolve the discord. He became aggressive, condescending, and disrespectful especially when he attempted to hold us from leaving and waved his pen in my mother-in laws face claiming he was not a magician and didn't own a magic wand, he had a pen. Regretfully, we agreed to wait and see if he could come to an agreeable figure. 15 minutes past and he would not show his face, we were told by the associate that there was no deal and we could leave. Disappointed with the outcome, we approached his office and asked why he had kept us the whole time. We told him he could not treat customers in that fashion, he was disrespectful and extremely condescending with our business. To make matters worse, he became aggressive and at one point almost became physical until we asked him not to place his hands on us and left. As we were pulling out, he stepped outside the dealership to see us leave and gave us a salute. We did not understand the nature of this salute, however, became offended because we think it may have been an act of white supremacy. Potential customers, BEWARE.

Lynnes Subaru had already established a price and deposit from customer of $20,052.97 on an ordered vehicle. When the Impreza arrived, customer was contacted for delivery. When customer came into the Showroom, the mother of the purchaser wanted to re-negotiate the price down to $18500. Lynnes could not oblige the customer as the original price was extremely aggressive. We did everything we could to make the customer happy to no avail. The remainder of this customer review is made up nonsense. We are a dealership with a very diverse spectrum of employees. To call us prejudice is truly ridiculous.
That price was quoted for another vehicle, a silver vehicle and it was supposedly an ESTIMATED FIGURE since it was established that the final price would be discussed at a later date. The deposit was made for the vehicle we originally wanted which was ALREADY LISTED IN YOUR WEBSITE and "in-transit" and even Pamela can testify if she has the decency to admit that fact. If you'd like to review the security footage please feel free as none of what has been published is false. As you are deceitful and condescending, you won't have the character to admit your faults and will claim this is all made up. Again, buyer beware.
Q50 - Great service and easy to work with
Worked with Jerry he was a great guy, spent the right amount of time with me and provided a quick closing. He walked the lot with me pointing out the pros and cons of different models which made my decision easier. This is the second car I have been involved with buying at Lynnes and both experience were positive.

Lynnes Was The Right Choice
I bought a used Kia Soul today. I found the one I wanted on line. The Lynnes Dealerships on Bloomfield Avenue, in Bloomfield, NJ were far from my home. The trip to Lynnes was well worth it!! I bought the car that I had my heart set on. Our salesman, Carlos Velez, was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He is truly an asset to this dealership. Although the process was a bit long, it was quite a pleasant one. I would definately make future purchases at this dealership and I will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you for all of your assistance. Now I just want to get in my new car and cruise!!
