Out of state purchase
I recently traveled from RI to NJ in search of a manual trans Nissan Frontier Crew Cab (long bed). Those trucks are fairly rare and even a close friend of mine who is a Nissan salesman couldn't find me one nearby. I drove three hours with my wife and two small children to arrive at the dealership only to hear that someone was on a test drive of that truck at that very moment! I was a bit annoyed and skeptical to learn that, but Tom H, my salesman said that nothing is set in stone until at least a deposit is in place. He knew I wanted a manual and didn't try to sell me something else. We just patiently waited for the truck to come back and went about it like a normal sale. Part of the way through I learned fortunately that the other buyer dropped out, and I never felt like they used that to their advantage (although it added some anxiety to the beginning of the sale). They honored the Internet price and I didn't try to get them down any further, but they did add a shady "maintenance fee" of $450 directly to the price of the vehicle (separate from tax, tags, title, etc). Tom said that it is normally $900 and he got his manager to cut it in half. It was the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant experience. He and his finance manager worked quickly to get everything straightened out and made sure I would leave with the vehicle that day. They sent me some paperwork needed to get my out of state plates about a week later and I got my plates overnighted about another week after that. Overall Tom H was very pleasant to work with and made the transaction as smooth as possible for an out of state buyer with a wife, a small child, and a baby. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in NJ or the surrounding states. The truck has been awesome so far!

Best new car buying experience ever!
Having been a Toyota customer since 1982, we were hesitant about looking at another brand but the Nissan Rogue looked really nice so we decided to "look" at it at a dealer, with no plans to buy at the time. Upon arrival at Lynnes Nissan, we were made to feel very welcome without any pressure that one normally gets at a car dealership. Our salesperson, Paulette, couldn't be nicer. We told her we wanted to look at the Rogue. Initially, my wife was interested in the older model, the (still new) 2015 Rogue Select. Paulette showed us what the new model Rogue that was on the floor and the older Rogue Select that was in their lot. Since my wife couldn't decide which style she preferred, Paulette offered to take us to the inventory lot so we could compare the 2 and see the different colors and options first hand. After walking around a bit on the lot, my wife found exactly what she wanted. The Rogue Select had a rear window that was too small so she decided on the newer version, the 2016 Rogue S. The exterior color, the interior color, the options (and lack thereof that she didn't want) was right there waiting for us. After very little hesitation, my wife decided that would be her next car. We returned to the dealership to work the numbers. The first offer was the right one. No need to haggle at all. Plus Nissan was offering 0% interest so we were basically going to use their money for nothing for the length of the finance period. It was a no-brainer. While we were at Paulette's desk, Jay the sales manager went over the deal with us to make sure we were totally satisfied and to answer any questions we had. Sam the finance guy was the last person we met with to sign the finance paperwork. Each person we dealt with was genuinely concerned that we got what we wanted and were happy with the experience. They really went the extra mile to make us satisfied. When we asked when we would be able to pick up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we would be driving it home that day. We arrived at the dealership around 4 pm and were completed and on the way home before 7! We went to look and ended up driving home with a new car! I cannot remember a more pleasurable car buying experience in my 42 years of driving. We highly recommend Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield NJ to anyone looking for a stressless, enjoyable and fairly priced car buying adventure.

Best car buying experience ever

Lies and Headaches
Lynnes Nissian will make many promises and then not follow through with them. Do Not trust them. They will say things "will be taken care of" in a lease. Save yourself the headaches and go somewhere reputable. Read any of the recent reviews of them on their page I am not alone.

Easy, seamless car buying process
I bought a new Subaru Crosstrek at Lynnes today. It was a great process. I went in, told them what I wanted, and I soon had exactly what I ordered. The salesman, Alan, was great. He showed me everything about the car and even helped me get out of the parking lot after the deal was done. This is the third time I've bought from Lynnes. In 2008 I bought an Altima, and in 2010 I bought a used Subaru Forester. I'd definitely go back.

I Recommend!
This is the second time I've purchased a car at Lynne's Nissan. I worked with Mario. He was upfront about prices and I didn't have the typical car salesman experience where I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing anything. They were able to work with my budget and I left satisfied. Plus they always barbecue on Saturdays in the summer and the food is actually really good! I would definitely recommended Lynne's Nissan for their customer care and efficiency.

Great Service
Had a great experience at Lynnes Nissan today. Mario Bacha was exceptional, --Friendly and professional. Sometimes buying a car is such a long drawn out process but we were taken care of in a timely manner, had all our questions answered and felt we were offered a good deal. Jay was also very helpful. On top of this excellent service, we enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers offered to staff and clients. A nice touch! Thank you

Great servce
Just purchased a 2016 Rogue and what I thought would be a long drawn out process, turned out to be a good experience with Mario Bacha as our sales consultant. He was friendly and professional, answered our questions, and offered us a great deal on our purchase. Jay was also a great help. On top of that we scarfed down hot dogs and hamburgers which were offered to staff and clients. A very nice "family" touch.Thank you.

Bait & switch
Spoke to Manny on telephone about a 2016 Rogue Hybrid and he gave me the lease price $230 per month . He calls me back the next week and asks me when I could come over to sign the papers and get my car appraised , and I made an appointment with him for this afternoon. BTW I live in Brooklyn which is an hour and ten minutes away without traffic plus $28. tolls . So I get there and ask for Manny and they send me over to Jamal W. Allah at one of the sales desks. I ask where is Manny? "Oh no he's in the internet department you speak with Jamal" I had a feeling something wasn't right. I tell Jamal that I was interested in the rogue hybrid and he tries to steer me to a regular Rogue. Well that's another story I can't get ahold of that model ,if you want we could put in a factory order and in 60 - 90 days you could have your car. I wasted the whole afternoon , boy was I mad. They could of just told me they don't have the car and I would of saved the gas , tolls and most important my time which is in short supply. P.D.

The salesman Cesar was very helpful and knowledgeable assisting me in making my purchase. This was my first buying experience at this location . Sam was very personable and highly professional , while completing my paperwork.
