The service received here from start to finish was exceptional. the sales rep went above and beyond what I had expected in guiding me through what could have been a very tedious process. He answered all questions promptly and made the buying process less painful than I had expected. I made three visits before making my final decision, and he was patient working with me step by step. I will recommend this store to my family, friends, associates, and colleagues.

Bait & Switch!
I went to Lynnes Nissan East for their "Going, Going...Gone" Sale, which offered 30% off on a new car purchase and up to $3000 added to trade-ins, as advertised on their own site. We got their and Thomas H. was helpful and fairly knowledge and showed us the cars they had on their lot. We didn't see the color we wanted so he said he could bring the color we wanted from their other branch if we gave him a deposit. We met the manager Jason, who at first hesitated, but later agreed on a full 30% off the msrp price for the car we wanted, plus an additional 3k for each trade-in we had. We said we would be back to make the deposit, so we stopped by a few days later on a Saturday. They were having a used car sale and kept us waiting for almost 3 hours, on my mother's birthday no less, total bummer, so we ended up leaving without making the deposit. We then stopped by early the following week to finally make the deposit. Thomas answered our questions, said their would be no additional charge to bring the car from Stanhope, and took our deposit. We asked for a sales receipt with the final price of the car on it just in case they tried to change things on us. That's when Thomas brought a different "manager" ( I can't remember his name, he was tall and heavy set with a goatee), though I later checked and he's not listed as a manager on their website! I believe he was a sales associate, since that was what I saw him working as a few weeks later! Anyway, this guy came and said "We can't sell the car to you at that price" and I told him what the original manager said, I even showed him their own commercial. I asked Thomas to tell him what we agreed on last time, but he just kept his mouth covered & shrugged his shoulder! Not helpful. He wanted to sell us the car for more than 5k over what they had promised. I even showed him a picture of the number written down for what had been promised before but he refused, so we left. We tried to meet with the original manager weeks later but he too changed his tune and raised the price. It was all very unfair and disappointing, they promised to sell the car at one price based on their own add, but changed the price, removing all the savings, when money started becoming a reality. I just think they should be accountable for what they say. Don't offer a price you know you won't sell at. This is my first time trying to buy a car, so I Don't know everything, but I did a ton of research and the one thing missing is research on the dealerships! If they had just been honest and upfront we would have bought the car, but who can trust them after a scheme like this? I wish they would put a story like this on their "testimonials" page, so people can get the real view on what they are truly doing there. All in all: They seem like nice people, but they're truly shady businessmen! TotallY unfair 'Bait and Switch'.

New Car Experience / Purchase
I worked with Pam D. she was knowledgeable and patience. She understands how to build a relationship with customers. I cannot say this about the other Dealers that I visited. I am very happy with the Outback, safety features won me over. I hope that my service experience is this good when the time comes. I would recommend you speak to Pam about your new car purchase.

Bait and switch
I leased my Nissan Altima from Lynnes Nissan a little over two year ago. The lease term was 36 months. I started receiving promotional mailings advertising something called the pull ahead program. Whereas you could return your current car before the lease expiration and would receive multiple benefits for doing so. It stated that it could be a key for key trade with you paying less than what you were currently paying. 1. They offered to waive up to 12 months of lease payments, 2. They offered up to $500 in damage waiver, 3. They offered up to $1000 bonus cash and 4. They would pay up 15 cents up to 20000 of unused miles. It also stated no money down. I thought it was too good to be true, but after receiving two offers from them, I decided to give them a call. I was quoted $129 from a representative named Merissa and $117 from a representative named Anna if I had an excellent credit score, but they refused to put it in writing until I submitted a credit application, which I subsequently did. Anna told me (which I already knew) that I had a perfect credit score and I would receive the quoted rate and that her manager would call me back to finalize. Ray, Annas manager gave me a call and informed that the rate would be $289 a month, which is more than double what I was initially quoted. He added on all these extra charges and tried to justify how $289 a month was the correct rate for the lease. Saying that I practically did not qualify for any of the incentives. I started getting a little assertive with him and let him know that I would be filing complaints for the false advertising and the classic bait and switch tactics that they had employed. I then asked Ray for a breakdown email of all the elements of the lease so I could have it for my records to prove that they had used false advertising and bait and switch, when I was hung up on. I called back multiple times, asked for Rays superviser, but to no avail. I have been stone walled and hung up upon ever since.

Just purchased a new 2016 Nissan sentra and the entire experience was comfortable and exciting. Being new to leasing a new car, the employee was knowledgeable and made sure that I understood the entire process.

Great customer service
A lady named Marissa helped me she was so helpful and she had so much patience with me ! If anyone wants to get s car I suggest you see her she gave me the best deal I would recommend my family and friends to her she's amazing. The buying process was a bit long but it was all worth it when I saw my 2016 rogue parked out front waiting for me

Purchased a Nissan Rogue a couple of days ago I worked with Jay Jaber and it was an amazing experience!!!!!! Loved working with him, he was so patient and understanding. Got the best deal. Purchased a Nissan Rogue a couple of days ago I worked with jay Jaber it was an amazing experience !!!!! Loved working with him he was so patient and understanding .
