Excellent customer service
My sales rep Jay Jaber was so professional and so helpful. He made my car buying experience one of a kind. He pointed out all of the car feautres and every possible option I had. I wound up buying Nissan Pathfinder it was the best option that fit my families needs. I got all the features I wanted within my price range. I've been to a few dealers before, but the manager at this fine establishment has set the bar high. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate his service and his kindness. He was very patient with me. I had several questions and he answered them with no problem. He was Very understanding that I have kids and he wanted to help me find he perfect car.

Good Experience
I bought a 2016 Sentra SR. The car is great. Surprisingly spacious. The Sales Rep I dealt with was Mike Ventola. He was quite knowledgeable of all the vehicles I was interested in and very thorough in his sales procedures. That made closing the sale very comfortable. Benito Domena the finance person I dealt with was very insightful.

Deceptive sales practice, False advertising
I went there today with my wife and my son. We went to check a used Subaru 2009 legacy sedan that was advertised on Auto Trader and on their website. We are looking for a first car for our college bound son. I initiated contact with them thru email from auto trader. A representative from Lynnes called me to schedule a test drive. Today, the representative Stasia called again. I confirmed and asked if the car is still there. As per Stasia, yes the car is still there. I told her we will be there in a few minutes. Stasia further said that I should look for her boss, Jay when I get to Lynnes Nissan Bllomfield NJ. We finally arrived at the dealership. I met Jay and another sales person was assigned to us. He immediately told us that the car I was looking for was in their other parking lot and that they willget it. After a few minutes, he came back and stated that the car I wanted was going to an auction because their mechanic is saying that the clutch was sliding. I told him that I would like to test drive the car. He said that he will give me agood deal instead. He took me out to the inventory lot and showed me a 2014 Crosstek. I told him that this was out of our budget. I insisted on showing me the car that I emailed them for. He told me that he will send someone for the car. After waiting for 20 minutes the sales person asked me to step out and showed me a Subaru Outback and was offering me a 2012 subaru legacy. Why can't they just say that the car is not there anymore. Very sneaky, very dishonest. This is classic false advertising. They just want you in the dealership and from there will distract you to buy a more expensive car. They would advertise a car that is not in their inventory.. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Lies Lies Lies Fraud Dealership
Nissan Stay away from Lynn's Nissan dealership in Bloomfield NJ sales xxx and sales manger lied told me they have 0% interest rate for 6 years, no such offer just to get me down there called corporate, we have enough scams coming from other countries "disgraceful" Heavenly Father, sometimes I am discouraged about all the darkness in this world I live in. It seems like there is evil at every turn. We pray for these liars at this dealership

REPAIR SERVICE
I work at a nearby hospital and have bought or leased my last three cars from this Nissan. Their service staff is always knowledgeable and helpful; their shuttle service brings me back and forth from work so I don't even have to take much time out of my busy schedule.

Outstanding
I have had a long standing relationship with this dealer for years be it a lease or otherwise & have found them to be reputable. In 2014, my husband & I returned to lease a Rogue & my salesman was Ray Reddick. He was wonderful, credible & oh so nice. Two wks. ago, again my husband & I returned to upgrade to a 2016 Rogue. Much to our surprise, he was our salesman again. He is very accommodating, professional & knowledgeable & bends over backwards to make his customer's happy. He is definitely an asset to the company & I hope they realize it. I'm sure Lynne's has the cream of the crop with all their salesman & I know a few but my money is on Ray. Believe me, that's high praise coming from me as I do not ordinarily leave reviews in general.
