Everyone knows what a terrible experience buying a car can be, even if you know what you want!! We had decided to test drive 3 different cars including the Subarau Cross Trek. We were introduced to our salesperson, Pamela DeLorenzo who, ultimately, made this car buying chore fun and fairly easy!! We were never pressured or inundated with calls or emails. Pamela was a delight to work with and always available to answer questions. After 3 trips to this dealership, and trips to other dealers, both Subaru and other makers, we came back to Pamela and are now the happy owners of a Cross Trek. We just wanted to thank her for being so great and entertaining as well! We will highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!

It was my first experience with Lynnes Nissan Subaru and Radomir Krecar (sales consultant), and I must say it was outstanding. My wife and I bought a Subaru Forester from Lynnes this week. I did my homework beforehand, as usual. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the process. Olga Rogers was very knowlegeable about the various cars and options, and allowed us to buy the car in the way that we wanted. She showed us the process and walked all of us through it. She was patient with our extended family, all of whom had questions. The price we got was fantastic, and there were no gimmicks or surprises. Olga was simply outstanding, and not pushy or in our faces, like other dealers. The finance guy, Joe Guarneri was great: very knowledgable . He applied through multiple banks to get us the best rates, and gave us a great deal on a warranty. I would go there again, and I would recommend them highly.

This is my second Subaru, so I know this is the brand for me. However I learned that Otto and Lynnes are the salesperson and dealership for me. Customer Service is amazing, I am sure that all the reps there are great, but if you can....Go for Otto. There is no sales pressure or pitch they work with you to find the best car for your needs and make recommendations based upon what you tell them, not on what they want to sell to you. Joe the finance guy was also awesome, I forgot that I was buying car and thought I was hanging with friends. This is an amazing dealership and great sales experience.

We have been using this dealership for years and always leaves feeling good. We spent some extra hours this time around because they were busy but in the end we were happy customers. Paulette Cowan went out of her way to ensure that everything was to our liking and she delivered. Her level of personal interest was refreshing.
