Great experience!

Went in to lease out first vehicle. Ray was awesome. He was knowledgeable and very helpful and you could tell his goal was to make us happy. He answered all our questions and worked out a great deal for us. We'll be back!!

saleswoman

Paullette was the best. She was very helpful in every way, aiding us in every way to help us drive out of there with a brand new car. Not just Paullette but all the other staff members were just a pleasure to deal with. In the future i surely plan to recommend this dealership

Efficient, Knowlegeable,Met Buyers' Needs

We bought the car quickly, with prior knowledge of our needs. Dealer rep. was well informed and accommodating. This was our third new-car purchase from this dealer.

I bought and paid cash for a used 2007 Pontiac G6

I was told at time of purchase that everything was perfect. However after two weeks I have had to replace a tire for 185.00 and spent an entire afternoon at the dealer waiting to repair the A/C that they said worked. If this is mint I would be afraid to ask for their lesser priced used cars. The salesman, Chris Harris conveniently made sure when we viewed the vehicle we could not see their was a hole in the drivers seat that they would not fix the seat because they said the car was sold "as is". The hinge between the bottom of the seat and the seat back was ripping through the seat and their is a hole in the seat cover and the foam is ripped. That's going to cost about 300.00 to fix. I can understand the concept of "as is" means take it without any additional repairs but at least let us know what is REALLY wrong with the car. When we went to see the car the left front tire was flat and they told me it was because they intentionally do that so cars do not get stolen from their lot. A week later I was replacing it for 185.00. They lie, I don't know how they are with new cars so I can't comment but stay away from. I can't wait to see what I will be repairing next!!!

2015 Nissan Rouge

Expect the unexpected!

Me and my mother initially went in with questions on trading in her 2010 Toyota Yaris, She had got the car back in 2013 as a starter car after being without a license for 20 years. But she was paying $400 per month on a 5 year old car that she had for 2 years. So we get to Lynnes and it was very positive and pleasant from the minute we got there! The cookout on the lot really caught my mother's attention as well lol! So we just basically state what would the requirements be to trade this car in that she was still paying on. So the salesmen David got all the information and what turned into an inquiry turned into a purchase. So after 5 hrs we left off the lot with a 2015 Nissan Sentra that we are in love with, Dave was a very kind considerate and passionate, hilarious dealer. He made this transaction very smooth for my mother. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great Experience

Well I have to admit not all car purchase experience go so well. I am happy to say that everything was detailed and explained to me. The only drawback was waiting for the car for two months. However, the the wait was worth it. I was assured throughout the two month wait that it was coming and was advised of the current status of the car. My Sales and Finance Rep were great. Amazing Experience

I bought my 2015 Nissan Rouge and the entire experience was perfect. From the moment we walked in the door till the moment we bought the car. The environment was pleasant and welcoming and there were more than one employee willing to help. Eddie del Villar explained everything to the T and made our experience amazing.

Fast, Efficient and Effective

Worked with Greg Pla. Highly recommend this. No nonsense, get things done and customer service was great. Dealership in a congested area for parking, but they can manage this. I knew what I wanted and they knew how to provide it.
