GREAT EXPERIENCE, LOVE MY PATHFINDER

This is My second experience with Lynnes Nissan. My salesperson Sherif he was very professional, informative and worked with me to get me the best deal. He answered every question that I asked and working with him again was just as pleasant an experience as the first time I was there

So Happy With My Sentra

I leased my first Nissan Sentra SV from Lynne's in Bloomfield and I am so in love with my new car. My salesperson was Paulette Cowan and she was just as sweet, kind and informative a salesperson as I could want. I think I may have asked a few questions and she may have said what is this lady thinking, but when you haven't had a nice new car in quite a few years, the process is quite different than it was when I brought my last new car. Paulette was patient and kind and she knows her field. I would definitely go to Lynne's again and I highly recommend the dealership.

Perfect great service

Worked with my credit and got me an awesome interest rate, they didn't have the color I wanted and found it right away and was able to pick up the car the next day perfect service

Buying my Beautiful Subaru Forester at Lynnes

My salesperson, Pamela DeLorenzo, painstakingly showed me different models and features and we even test rode the Forester to my home to insure it would fit in my garage! When it came time to pick up my new car, Pam came and got me so that I wouldn't have to impose on friends to drive me there. she took time to explain everything about my new car so I would feel at home right away. Thank you so much!

Good experience except Finance

Entire process of buying Pathfinder 2014 was excellent. However Jeff from Finance department was rude in terms of discussing APR on loan. He was talking rudely and looking at me as if I can't afford to buy a new car. He never answered my call nor replied to my email when I tried was contacting him to clarify about some items on billing invoice.

Nissan Pathfinder 2015

Excellent Car Buying Experience

Great service and an all-around very satisfying car buying experience from the Salesman Dave to the Finance Agent Joe. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy on the spot as i did. They made my car purchase as simple and painless as possible and I would go back there again, definitely. They were nice, helpful and I never felt like I was being preyed upon or lied to. I had been to other dealerships and walked out due to the lying, slimy vibes I got off of the sales team members, but this was COMPLETELY different. Such a pleasant experience!

Beware of the preowned vehicle

I purchased a previously leased vehicle from this dealership in Dec 2013. At the time it was not disclosed that the vehicle had been in an accident. I found that out by looking at the paperwork in the glove compartment. Upon inspection by my mechanic I was told the car needed brakes. I called the dealership and they had me take it to a dealership closer to me for new brakes. Well here I am 12,000 miles later and I need new brakes all around. Getting 12,000 miles out of brakes is unheard of. Not sure what they did or did not do, but this doesnt speak well for Lynnes in Bloomfield or Lynnes in Stanhope where the brakes were installed. I will not be going back to either dealership in the future. I guess buyer beware is true at these locations.
