Worst experience ever.
Stopped at dealer on Tuesday agreed on a price and trade in amount on a certified used legacy.Went in on Saturday to finalize purchase and the manager Tony tried to lower trade in amount. After telling them what they can do with the car if they didn't a stick to the contract they then agreed. Next the certified car they sold me does not meet the subaru certification. I'm waiting to hear what subaru of America has to say on that matter. Next they gave me a temporary registration that was good for 20 days. When I contacted them when my temp. Plate was to expire they kept telling me dmv was holding things up. After it expired I found out they didn't have the title to the car yet. It took another 25 days to get to get the registration so for 3 1/2 weeks we could not drive the car. They also overcharged us on the dmv fees. My advice is to go to any other dealer you would have to be treated better.

Excellent Customer Service.....Very Best Ever
I custom ordered my Subaru and Miguel Sanchez, my sales representative, kept me informed about the progress of my order and delivery every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, Miguel thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about the car, the service available, etc. and he answered every question I had. The other staff members at this dealership were also very friendly, polite, and accommodating to my needs. My experience showed that Miguel and the Lynnes staff really care about the customer and customer satisfaction and they want to ensure that all needs are met beyond expectation. The customer service at this Lynnes dealership is superior and made for a great experience for me.

Great Experience First time buyer
I was a first time buyer and I had a great time buying my car. Olga was very helpful from when we test drove the car until we bought the car next day, she walked us through the whole process and then took care of us in the course of a morning. Then after we bought the car she walked us through some of the more advanced features of the car and bluetooth functionality and the navigation system as well. The following week she contacted us to make sure everything was going well with the car. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone and as a first time buyer I was put at ease with the whole Process. Also I had outside insurance and financing and in both cases they were understanding and helpful. Tony the Finance person understood an outside finance plan and was great to take care of our situation.

Three Times a Charm
That's right, I just drove off with my third Nissan Sentra from Lynne's in nine years! Convenient location, informed & friendly staff, and a very fine line of products have me coming back. Salesman, Tom Hickey, could not have been nicer. He painstakingly walked me through my initial interest of an AWD Rogue. And he tried to meet my budgetary limits. Tom wisely re-directed me to a Sentra with good incentives. Now, I have a new lease of a 2015 Sentra with everything I wanted. Tom even managed to lessen my monthly payments. He set up my Bluetooth & demonstrated the GPS. When you're looking for a new car, Lynne's is the place! And ask for Tom Hickey.

Excellent Customer Service
I've have purchased all of my cars at Lynne's and must say this was the best customer service I have ever experienced! Eddie Delvillar is the best sales man I have ever come across. He's very easy to talk too and makes you feel at ease. After coming in and having to leave unexpectedly and a few phones calls later and me telling him what I was looking for Eddie went the extra mile of making it happen. When I arrived a week later for my appointment he had the perfect car picked out with everything I was looking for plus some extras and within my price point! Mr Eddie Delvillar Is truly a great asset to your company with wonderful/excellent customer service skills!!

New Forester
I was dreading the fact I needed to go buy a new car, I can't stand agressive sales people. This place changed my mind, Jordan Goldberg was our sales person. He did a great job keeping my stress levels in check. He was patient and willing to help me get the best deal for the car I wanted. I enjoyed meeting each one of them, Tony was great guy too. But I can't forget to mention Joe, the financial specialist. He was a very important part of the process and normally the least liked. Not this guy! Joe walked me through the contracts, made sure I understood everything without trying to confuse me as I have experienced before. I highly recommend this place.
