Overall experience
I've bought a few cars in my lifetime but this is my first Subaru. I've decided to make this purchase as a result of friends overall experience with Subaru's, who, like myself drive approximately 25K miles/year. I'm expecting reliability. Joe Longo was very knowledgeable and friendly and a man who has served our country. He took the time after the sale to acclimate me to my new ride and made what is usually a less than pleasurable experience actually enjoyable. Ask for Joe. You won't be dissapointed.

Great Customer Service and After Sale Care
Dexter Smith was both friendly and professional and went the extra mile to close the deal on a used Ford Focus. I got a good price which he worked hard to make happen and as I was new to the roads in New Jersey, drove me home as well! I would definitely recommend this dealership especially to a woman going there alone.

the best sales staff ever.
These guys are the best especially MY sales reps Sonia Lopez and sales manager Jason luzzi my wife and I are on a budget and we needed a suv to fit in our budget and to my surprise Jason and Sonia went the extra mile and got us the vehicle we wanted. With the package we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay and with in 48 hours we had our preowned certified 2012 Nissan rogue special edition. I highly recommend this dealership especially Sonia and Jason I will be back next year to get me a 2013 Murano ?

Last Minute Pricing Issue
As with any negotiated "deal" be absolutely certain that the price that you and the dealer agree upon is itemized and firm. I have been dealing with the same salesman at Lynnes Subaru for a couple of weeks. The salesman and I came to an agreed, itemized price. I made plans to begin the purchasing process and then there was a 'Oh by the way we forgot to add...' moment. The dealership claims to have forgotten to add a $495 "Certification Fee" for the Service Department. It is ludicrous that this "fee" was not included in the pricing since the dealership claimed that it is mandatory. Needless to say, I am no sucker; deal off. This is one of the reasons that car salesmen and car dealerships do not have a glowing reputation.

Return buyer still happy using Lynnes Nissan
As a returning customer to this dealership I am still very satisfied. Irfan Niazi made my experience there very comfortable. I was looking for a '14 Nissan Juke SV originally but they only had the S model or the NISMO model for a test drive. I happily took the NISMO model out for a test drive and was very impressed. I knew what the NISMO was but I wasn't expecting to like it (that is until I test drove it). They made a deal for the NISMO that I couldn't turn down and I'm still smiling.

Completely disappointed in his dealership...
I bought a 2011 Juke and put in a review the same day as purchase but as I started noticing issues with the car and Carfax within the first 3 days of having the car! The car salesman (Saied Abulhawa) and his "service" manager told me to come back to the dealership to talk about what was going on and his service manager got aggressive after I brought up fees misrepresentation and that the car had been in an accident previously not mentioned at the time of signing. The paint was already chipping off after it was driven off the lot within 2-3 days. There was an exchange of words between my father and the manager and it looked like the manager wanted to physically fight my father. He didn't even give a chance to hear what was going on and was completely rude & defensive. After things cooled off they both stated they would offer to get the paint touched up by a man that came on site to do this to the other vehicles on the lot. They told me to bring it in the following Wednesday. It's been 4 weeks since and when I call to speak to Saied to see if they paint man will be there (they said he comes in on Wednesdays at first and now all of a sudden it's always been Mondays), he is either with a customer or took the day off for a family emergency. I've been getting the run around since and this guy doesn't even have the decency to return a phone call! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP & am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of professionalism & service of this particular salesman & manager. I just hope the car that I purchased doesn't continue to peel paint and that the engine and frame doesn't give me issues throughout it's time with me (car accident confirmed by 2 mechanics, 1 was a Nissan mechanic at another location)!

Excellent car shopping experience! Honest Guy!
I hate shopping for cars! All the hassling is not for me. I do my research home. Get the price that works for my budget and then go to a couple of different dealers around my house. I did the same this time around when we purchase our new Nissan Leaf. I met Irfan in my second stop and that was enough for me. He is honest! He didn't waste my time and he gave me exactly the price that I thought I would get. His price was much lower then the previous one that I got after spending a whole day in another dealer. I recommend him to you with no hesitation! Do yourself a favor and stop by his desk if you are on the market to get a Nissan.

Great Service
I just leased a Nissan Altima from the dealer and had a great experience. Sonya was very friendly and professional and was able to provide me with a good price on the car. Sonya was very committed and loyal. I had no one to drive my car back to my house so Sonya arranged to personally drive the car to my house after her normal work hours.
