Great Purchase Experience, Great Sales Team

I just purchased a new Nissan Altima from Irfan Niazi. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, Irfan is kind, patient and a true gentleman. With the help of Jason Luzzi, Lynnes Sales Manager (and financial wizard), I was able to purchase the exact model, color and equipment for a very fair price - absent any compromises - all resulting in a very pleasurable purchase experience. I strongly recommend Lynnes Nissan East. Jason and Irfan are setting new highs in customer service.

Great car buying experience! Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt after the exceptional treatment I received by the both my salesperson, Michael Mais, and the sales manager, Jay Cheek, I just had to let people know what a pleasure it was to do business with Lynnes Nissan. Jay was one of nicest people I have come across in the car industry. I have always hated the pressure of shopping around for a new car, but Jay was very knowledgeable, accommodating and very honest with me. They were able to find me the exact car I was looking for and have the car ready for me by the very next day. I look forward to purchasing my next car with him and will definitely recommend my friends and family to see them.

Too many Issues

I brought a 2013 Subaru in early July 2014 with 3K miles on it. Was promised a gas fill on my next visit, which didn't happen. My CRX also needed a mega oil change, which I felt the dealership should have provided before selling me the car. The car had a scratch on the back panel, which the salesman assured me that it shouldn't cost much and made an appt. for me to come in. I showed up only to find that my salesman was not there, and no one knew about the appt.; so I had to wait for the manager to come back for lunch (having taken time off from work to do this). Then they proceeded to tell me that there was no body shop on the premises (which was not explained to me) and so I had to then take it to their body shop at the cost of $300 to get a scratch fixed. Needless to say it was more that I certainly expected, and so the scratch remains. Also after almost 4 weeks of not receiving any information from the bank, I called and emailed my salesman, Gregory, and Joe the finance guy to no avail. I finally left a message to speak to the manager, when magically the finance guy called me back, ASSURING me that there would be NO issue with my payment being late (the paperwork was still apparently held up in accounting). I FINALLY received paperwork on August 2, when I was literally walking out the door going on vacation; showing the payment as being DUE ON AUGUST 5. Nightmare. I love my Subaru, but miss Nissan's World of Springfield, NJ's excellent customer service :(

The Best dealership experience!!!!

From the start I was treated with Respect. Prior to coming to Lynnes Nissan I had gone to Route 46 showroom, no one greeted me and when I asked a salesperson for help they just walked away and laughed. Eddie Garcia was the complete opposite and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Excellent experience at Lynne's Nissan

Jay Cheek the general Manager made it easy to buy a car and was not pushy an listened to my needs and his customer service is superior!!! It was a pleasure buying my new Nissan rouge from Jay Cheek!!! I will be recommending all my friends and family to him!!!! Amazing so happy with the attentive and quick service he gave me!!!!

Impeccable service

Gregory Pla gave us impeccable service and there is no words to describe how appreciative we are for his assistance. We came over 100 miles to Lynnes and we did NOT regret it at all.

Exceptional Experience!

I found my car buying experience at Lynn's to be totally painless! I told my salesman what I was looking for and he called me promptly to come in for a test drive when he had the car I wanted. I wasn't waiting for hours on end to find a car, which I had done at other dealerships! My salesman was pleasant, courteous and helpful. I found the dealership to be a pleasant, clean and friendly. I prefer the Nissan Altima and if you want a Nissan, I would recommend buying or leasing a car there. My salesman's name was Jason.

Great salesman

Efrain was the BEST! Fun time negotiating especially for a first time buying a car. He will answer all your questions or if he can't he will do some research and get back to you. Even after the deal was done he was checking up that everything was fine. Thanks a lot Efrain!

Excellent Review for Jay Cheek and his team

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to work with Jay Cheek and the Lynnes Nissan East team in Bloomfield, NJ. From the day our family moved from Florida to NJ and it was time to turn in our Pathfinder, Jay greeted us with open arms and amazing customer service. He embraced our special needs son and completely demonstrated care, compassion and support for our family. In dealing with car dealerships in the past, the old stereo type of creepy salesman out to make money was the mentality. However, after knowing Jay Cheek now for 6 years and many cars later, he has displayed nothing but integrity, trust, support and passion for serving his customers with a quality and affordable product. Having worked as a Vice President of a non-profit organization, I have come to believe in customer service; and Jay embodies this attribute. As a manager, we have watched him influence and mentor his sales team. We have referred many of our friends to Jay and his team. They have expressed complete gratitude and satisfaction with the service, product and Jay's personal touch. One referral was a single dad of a signifiant special needs child desperate for a dependable vehice and Jay came shining through!
