Would not recommend shopping for a car at Lynne's.
Would not recommend this dealership. Emailed back and forth with Jim in their internet department and told him exactly the deal I was looking for. He called me to tell me he was a few dollars away from what I am paying now for my lease ending in a few months. I told him that I would only drive the 45 minutes to get there if being there would get me a better deal and he told me to come down that he was sure they could help me. So I drove the 45 minutes to get there, only to be pawned off on another sales person who I spent another 30 minutes with and then told me that not only could he not give me a better deal but now the price is $50-$70 higher which is way out of my budget. Oh but he did say 'sorry'. Do yourselves a favor and don't shop at this deanship, they don't tell the truth.

First they charged me extra money because I have a...
First they charged me extra money because I have a different state licence then I had problem with registration and tag (I had to wait on them to get my tag more than a month) so I drove the car with temporary tag more than a month and got a ticket for expired temporary tag, I took my ticket to them, first they (Jay Cheek) said they are responsible and will pay it but they did not. Then I got an another letter from DMV after 2 weeks that was saying I had to pay $ 330 otherwise they would suspend my licence. I went to dealership with the letter. They denied everything and did not want to listen to me. Then manager Rich Catalano showed up, While I was trying to explain the situation, he was playing with his phone. I told him "I am talking, you got to respect and listen, not playing with the phone" Then he told me so what, you are going to fight with me. You know I can kick you out here in a minute if I want to" I told him it will not be necessary and left the dealership, I contacted BBB and got my money from them for difference of tax they charged me but since they were irresponsible and rude I will never go over there again and tell all my friends not to any business with them!!!

Upon entering Lynnes Subaru, everyony was friendly and courteous. My wife and I had an appointent with Michael Mais. We had spoken earlier of the car we wanted, which had to be order. Upon picking up our new car, Mr. Mais was kind enough to give us a tutorial on all aspects of the vehicle, including bluetooth, navigation system, and all the other features and aspects of the vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life at different dealerships, But the experience we had with Lynne's Subaru has to be the best. I would recommend Lynne's to all my friends and any one else that asks. Thank you Lynne's Subaru.

The test drive was not rushed, and back at the office, the paperwork was explained and easy to complete. the price was great for the vehicle of my choice. i had a great experience with everything when i purchased my 2013 subaru brz. salesperson(lloyd) was very nice and very approachable. explains everything and answers questions. they make sure they give you a great offer and considers the budget you have. they do try everything to give the price that you wanted if not at least close to whatever you can. they check on you once in a while if there's problem or whatever and make sure you dont have problem with your car. gives a great service. will surely recommend.

I had a great experience at Lynnes! I purchased a brand new Subaru BRZ.The car is as great as the experience I had buying it.The salesmen Ray Reddock was by far one of the best around! He was nice, not pushy at and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Ray and his manager Jay treated me like a person not a dollar sign and got me in my car fast! I give Lynnes and Ray a A+

After torturing our young friend Dave for almost 12 weeks...
After torturing our young friend Dave for almost 12 weeks while decided on which car to buy. We finally decided on the very awesome Subaru Outback. Thank you Dave for all of your time, energy and most importantly, sense of humor. It was also fantastic to see that your manager was the young man we put through the grinder the last time we purchased our last Subaru almost 13 years and 230,000 miles ago! We will see you again in about 200,000+ miles.
