A pleasant surprise…..
After going to other Nissan dealers in our immediate area & being disappointed with what they offered, I called the Bloomfield dealer & spoke to Areanna. She was very helpful in getting me the answers I had on a car I was interested in & she assured me I would not be wasting my time coming down. She put me in touch with Ian Kaufman & sure enough I got the vehicle I was looking for without any BS. They were very helpful & upfront with everything & all went smoothly. pretty good service. paid online and everything was handled the way i wanted. gave me a brand new subwoofer since my old one had static and cut out problems. great service

MISLEADING PRICES
Dealer lists a price online and when you try to purchase the car the price changes by THOUSANDS. They pull the "documentation fee" and "vehicle prep" fees totaling more than $2500. AVOID places like this.

If you want a Hyundai, don’t, go to Lynne’s Nissan and
If you want a Hyundai, don’t, go to Lynne’s Nissan and get a Nissan instead. The auto groups Hyundai dealership is awful but their Nissan dealership was awesome. Kudos to their internet business person Hanan who asked me to give them another chance after my experience at Hyundai. I’m glad I did. We were greeted warmly and they knew what the heck they were doing. Anna one of the managers knew the whole story and got me in and out in 30 min. The other salesman (sorry didn’t get name but owns an Audi) was friendly and just a joy to talk to. Give Nissan your business.

I got a call that my transferred plate paperwork was
I got a call that my transferred plate paperwork was ready, I drove to the dealer and my inspection was missing. The temp tag they gave me expired so I needed to put on a plate. Camille the sales person was great, the weekend manager came out and started arguing with me when they are wrong and offered no solution other then to ask me to leave. This dealership will not get any more of my business. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. When I was purchasing my Truck I should of had an idea how this dealership works as a customer was getting scolded while I was sitting there.
