Hood Won't Open? No Problem for Lynnes!

The hood release latch on my '09 370Z suddenly stopped working. Lucky for me: 1) I made a 7:45 AM appointment. 2) Lynnes was able to secure the parts I needed to get it repaired (it was a Satrurday and they close at 4 PM). I was done around 10:30 AM. Good job, Lynnes--as always. Looking forward in getting the NISMO edition of the new Z from you when it's finally released.

Update 4/20 of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service at Nissan with the star of the show, Chris from Finance https://youtu.be/swM4O-4Hnjw Issue 1: A gap refund check was sent out March 9th. March 22nd Chris in Finance stated he would look into who has the check and send it out. Saturday 4/16, we were at Nissan to finance a vehicle and Chris stated he would look into it and overnight the check. Doug also stated he would look into where the check is. Chris is never at work to answer questions. It's been over a month since the check was mailed and it still has not been sent to the bank. Issue 2: we went to purchase a vehicle at 1030am Saturday morning. When we walked in I told Mike M. what vehicle I was interested in. At around 330, Chris in finance asked me if I test drove the vehicle- the only thing we had done between 1030am and 33pm was fill out 1 form. I at 500 I was still waiting to test drive the vehicle when they decided to tell me the vehicle had 2 down payments on it already and it could not be sold. We did end up leaving with a car, not a car I wanted, a bit more per month when gap and warranty were added on. I gave them 2 stars bc the vehicles are reliable but the service is terrible. They are not honest or forthcoming. They put other customers before us even though we had gotten there earlier and had an appointment. This will be the last time we go to Lynne's Nissan for a vehicle. The overall purchasing experience is terrible.
