I was to purchased a camper van and set $700 downpayment and then the transport people email saying they wanted $800 for insurance I said I’ll come pick it up but was told no I asked for my money back and they keep giving me the run around

Syed is wonderful. Could not recommend more! After a pretty traumatic experience buying my first ever car a few months prior, I was a nervous buyer, determined to avoid a repeat experience. Syed was the most understanding, providing plenty of reassurance and advice on how to advocate for myself/ my rights with my previous car dealer. He was patient and worked with me to find a suitable payment method. Additionally, no problem was ever too much for him to handle, and he was incredibly responsive to me. I wish I'd found him sooner! Syed is very experienced in the auto industry and knows his stuff. He's genuinely a good guy who truly cares about his cars and his customers.

I was skeptical at first dealing with any car dealership; but Syd and Grace Auto came recommended as an honest dealer that treats people with respect. He showed me cars that he said "honestly, I don't think I'd sell this one to my mother, etc." and that alone impressed me. He went over everything with a find tooth comb and explained everything and even replace a simple bracket that was causing some vibration. I was never pressured to buy, only given the facts and I know he had several people emaling him after the car went online and that didn't seem to phase him.

What an awesome buying experience. I would highly recommend Grace Auto Sales, no hassle, no fuss, just an honest man who has a compassionate spirit.

We showed up unannounced, to view the 4th car on our list of 6. Within 5 minutes of driving we knew this was the one. Went to see the last 2 just to see if there was a better deal for a better car, but there was nothing close. It's been just over 15 days since we purchased, and other than a sticking AC fan, needing a little cleaning(10 yrs old) we have had no issues to speak of. Our experience with Syd was a positive one, with the purchase completed on the same day. We did not barter as we though the price was more than fair. Syd is a very easy going guy, with a belief in Karma. I would buy from him again, without a second thought.

I only wish I could buy all of my vehicles from Syd! The car I was interested in was just as described. No sales pressure, just a willingness to help me. He made a small repair and I returned the next day to buy the car. Syd even brought me to the motor vehicle office down the block to get the car registered. Easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Syd is honest, trustworthy, an independent dealer with integrity.

I bought a used car here and love it. The owner is great and a very honest guy. He didn't try to hide anything or sell me something I didn't want. He provides a great service and also has a very good selection of cars. I can highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an affordable used car.

Syd is genuine and honest from the first moment you meet. He made the process extremely smooth and easy, explained any fees associated with the purchase and even negotiated some. He told me all the work he put into the Jeep and even fixed issues that I found. It was like buying a vehicle from a friend. I had one specific car in mind, and I had decided to start with the "usual suspects", and I got the usual run-a-round, the usual attitude, the usual terrible prices and questionable quality. Three stops, each more disappointing than the next, and I decided to try Grace. Why didn't I go here first? Right from the start, Syd made everything easy. No lies, no stories, he told me what he had, he made suggestions, he told me the truth, and I drove away in a quality pre-owned vehicle. And, days later, Syd called me and made sure everything was going fine! Who does that? I should have started out here.... pure professionalism and class, right from the start!
